Disappointed with my experience
Disappointed with my experience, bought Irish dance socks that are clearly sized wrong, there was no way they were fitting a size 1 even though they said they would. The company don’t offer exchanges or free returns so I had to pay to return them. Then I went else where to buy other socks. Could have had a customer for life with two daughters at Irish dancing but definitely not now.

Further to our email conversation, the size range for these socks is clearly stated on the product page, and we sell many thousands of pairs each year using this sizing guidance.
If we identified an issue with the sizing information for this product, we would of course review and amend it. However, based on our experience and customer feedback, the guidance provided is accurate and works well for the vast majority of dancers.
As discussed, the socks were not tried on the dancer and the assessment was based on a photograph showing them next to the dancer's feet. In our experience, socks can often appear smaller than expected when laid flat, but stretch considerably when worn. Had they been tried on, we believe you would have found that they fitted correctly.
As the socks were not faulty and were correctly labelled, we were unable to provide a free returns label in this instance.
