Purchased ants for my son's birthday…
Purchased ants for my son's birthday from the company online on September 4th, received an order form reply to my email and paid for 48hr delivery. Nothing arrived by September 7th, emailed order form email address, returned undeliverable, emailed website email address, sent no response. Telephoned mobile number on the order form, straight through to answerphone with no indication this is a business. 14th September messaged via Facebook messenger, no response. Reported to Trading Standards on September 21st as now assume this is a scam website. Update - ants have arrived and are alive but I had already written the above review etc - I encourage the business to have much better communication with customers to avoid a similar scenario. Review changed from 1 to 2 stars as ants have arrived but this has caused us a lot of stress so cannot give more than 2 stars.
