I have used this converter for years, it is reliable and trustworthy. It provides numerous conversion formats. I have only used customer service once. They were very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They understood my problem and fixed it immediately. I would recommend this product.

Been using this for some time. It does what it says it will. Bought a Lifetime lic some time ago.
Had a problem updating but the company worked to make sure I was able to get the update.

I do think this is a great product that you will get good use out of.

I only scratch the surface of the feature set, but always slick and powerful.

Support has been excellent, with AVC resolving (only minor issues) promptly.

Supporten lytter til dig har du ønsker om en eller anden funktion du tilsyneladende ikke kan finde i programmet. Her er supporten til stor hjælp.
Som sagt ved første øjekast kan programmet virke lidt overvældende da det er opdelt i mange delprogrammer, men hurtig finder du opdelingen virkelig praktisk.
Så alt i alt kan jeg kun sige, prøv programmet og dets værktøjer og jeg tror ikke du bliver skuffet.

AVC is one of the best converter programs I use on my videos. Their support is fast and exemplary and you get a useful answer you can use when the program apparently doesn't do what you want it to and you need their support, therefore 5 stars.
The support listens to you if you have requests for some function you apparently can't find in the program. Here the support is of great help.
As I said at first glance, the program can seem a bit overwhelming as it is divided into many sub-programs, but you will quickly find the division really practical.
So all in all, I can only say, try the program and its tools and I don't think you will be disappointed.

Not only is their software reliable and easy to use, but it is also very good at figuring out how to deal with complicated downloading situations. And it's priced rather reasonably, as well, and offer academic discounts for students and educators, which is how it should be. After all, teachers are influential with students and educational organizations, and if they like a particular product, they sure will tell others about it.

I have used Any Video converter for a few years, and found it to be excellent.
I recently contacted them for information about a setting. They wrote back promptly and answered my question.
The service was as good as the app itself.

The program is easy to use and it meets my standards. Great customer service .

I use AVC Pro to edit all my videos and it has never failed to impress me. The wide range of applications meet all my needs, especially the audio splitter, which I regularly use. Recently, my laptop "died" on me and although I had backed-up all my files, I had lost my AVC package. I contacted support explaining my problem and they quickly resolved the matter by emailing with me all the information I needed to retrieve the software. I highly recommend AVC for both the excellent programme and their first-class customer support.

I have been trying to find a good youtube downloader. I used byclick for some time. It worked ok but I had problems with any video yard required you to sign in. Now it doesn't work at all. Their tech support is atrocious. I am using 4k downloader but having problems they'retech support so far I have gotten multiple different techs. They all ask the same thing. Tried AVC first try worked flawlessly. Trish version is slow of course. However, it says the paid version works much faster. Based on what I'm seeing so far and i have no reason to doubt it. Going to try to get a refund from 4k downloader to use on AVC. However, if I don't I sincerely doubt that will make a difference.

The program is so easy to navigate and has been extremely useful to me over the years. The responses through support have always been quick and super helpful.

As a person who is deaf, I require this program to make my life better to be able to hear tv and movies with the ability to add srt files. The user use of this program has enabled my life to be more fulfilling through its continued use. An very thankful there is a company that can do this for the hard of hearing and those who are completely deaf.

I've been using the Pro version since 2009 and the software works really well.
When I bought the license it was a perpetual, lifetime license and it's still working today and on the rare occassion I need support, they are always responsive and helpful.

Free plan literally exists just to piss youi off into upgrading. Well congrats, you instead piss ppl off into not using this at all.
