The instructions and set up was pretty easy. I purchased this to have a semi-remote way to monitor a road side stand. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a notification that someone is in the area. Today was the worst 15 minutes from the time stamp on the video to the phone notification that someone is in the area. I've tried the "ask anything" and been told twice that it's been escalated to technical support and would get an answer in 24 hours. So the AI function that responds is as useless as the doorbell in for me.

The Anyfree video doorbell has turned out to be a fantastic investment for my home. Not only does it have a fun, retro design that I adore, but it also offers reliable performance. The solar panel helps keep the battery charged, so I don't have to worry about it dying unexpectedly. The video quality is crystal clear, allowing me to identify visitors easily. After purchasing some video doorbells past several months, I have been very satisfied with anyfree Products. After my recent purchase, I needed to return one doorbell, which anyfree promptly allowed me to do. This company provides a great product and customer service, as well as great technical support. I will continue to use anyfree Equipment and am currently in the process of ordering more. 5+++++ STARS!!

The motion alerts from the Anyfree doorbell are very helpful. I get notified whenever someone approaches my door, which keeps me informed even when I’m busy. This feature has proven to be very useful, especially for tracking deliveries and ensuring my home is secure.

I ordered the Anyfree doorbell with camera and solar capability in late March 2025 from Amazon.
They came in 2 colors. I ordered the gold. I did everything as instructed. I charged it to 100% and installed it. It didn’t charge at all via Solar. I had to unattach the camera EVERYDAY to charge it. I then reach out to customer service in the app and leave a review on Amazon. Anyfree contacted me saying they were getting a new batch and offered to send me a new one. It was suppose to be “better” blah blah blah.
I agree. They send me the same thing but in the silver. So already I’m not getting what I really want aesthetically, but I’m at a point where if the thing just functions correctly… I would have been ok. I got the new one and have had it installed and it’s still the same thing. It’s not functioning well at all. Not charging.
But let me just tell you why I’m here. After I left my review on Amazon. I started getting these emails from the vendor. Asking me to delete or edit my review, because my review was not positive. I told them I’d update the review after I get the new camera. So now today I was ready to go edit my review, but see they know what they’re selling is trash. The listing is gone. See I’m a seller on various platforms myself and I know how it’s possible to get rid of negative reviews on platforms like Amazon. You delete that listing and create a new one with brand new pretty 5 star reviews. I bought this doorbell because the reviews on Amazon were 5 stars out of 5. But I get it now, even if someone has a negative review when they contact them offering a refund and some sort of $30 coupon people probably take it and are willing to change it. Well you met your match with me. Keep your money.

It was easy to pair with the signal station by following clear video instructions. I have adjusted different detection settings, which work well with timely notifications. I still recommend upgrading their battery support for more stable charging.

So far, I’m really impressed with the anyfree video doorbell. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the battery, but after an easy setup and installation, everything seems to be working perfectly. I assume a recent firmware update fixed some of the earlier issues, as the cameras and app are now performing great.

I went with the 1080HDR version, and the video quality is better than other 2K version. The doorbell detects motion, which is a nice touch. The app notifications and responsiveness are spot on.

One of the biggest advantages is that you got 180days free cloud storage and lower subscription fee for future needs. This makes it such a great value. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone. Great job, anyfree!

Good tech so far. The doorbell is far better than the Ring one we had previously. Local storage is a boon too as don’t like the idea of big business snooping on behaviours and activity etc - Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa is too intrusive.

It is easy and quick to install, set up in less than 15 minutes. iPhone app works great, nice to have the added home security of video the door and front of house.

I absolutely love my Hello doorbell! It’s so convenient to be able to see what’s happening around my house and talk to anyone at the door, even when I’m not home. I can easily communicate with delivery drivers and tell them exactly where to place packages. I’m really happy with it. Love love ❤️ it.

I’ve been using the anyfree doorbell for a few weeks now and I’m beyond impressed! The video quality is clear, even at night, and the motion detection is incredibly accurate.

Besides its unique chain design, one of my favourite features is solar charging. I've mounted it under a covered porch with very little direct sunlight, but it's been running fine and I don't have to worry about batteries!

Installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
