Overall good service, ordered the day before and the team were very helpful. Only one thing which was slightly confusing was on the order confirmation it said the collection and pick up times which weren't the case and I had to wait a little longer with no communication. Would be better if they call you once they have picked the items up to give you a clearer indication for delivery time. Would use the service again though and friendly driver and customer service team.

Great delivery both ways just wish I had known that the driver would have a mate with him at Didcot on Thursday, it would have saved me a trip down to help him load up.

I booked Anyvan Service for my company. We had a request to move urgently 2000 cartons from Central London to a better place. It was a tough task and we had some issues in "real life" even if when I first called it seemed easy. But Anyvan Team was really responsive / comprehensive and finally we could sort out our little disagreements. I would use their services again if I need it, but this time I will make sure everything is crystal clear and settled before we start the job. I think lack of communication was our main issue, between us and also internally at Anyvan.

AnyVan offer a reliable service! The van showed up on time and the driver was really helpful and it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use the company again.

Competitively priced but Just beware that some bulky items they ask for help unloading and loading which they don't tell you until after its bored - especially if you're delivering to a client.

In response to your response, Ive you use a courier you are not expected to go to the van and unload the parcel yourself. so would've expected the same with Anyvan.com

Once again an excellent response and service under tight time constraints.
