The pick up guys were early and helped move the office materials quickly and efficiently. They arrived at the destination when they predicted and the job was handled smoothly and quickly. I would absolutely use them again if I needed to move office again.

They where great help from start to finish. They advised me that my best option was to sign up for AnyVan Corporate. The delivery went exactly as planned and the customer was happy.

Although we asked for Boxes or crates and were told the driver would have them non were supplied as they did not have any. It was a good job we had our own boxes although not enough or I don't know how we would have coped

This company provide an excellent service all the way through from the initial phone call to the confirmation delivery e-mail. Fantastic, would definitely use again.

Requested nearer 2pm on a 12 til 2 slot - they turned up at 11.50! Specifically told which entrance which was on the delivery notice and they turned up at wrong entrance and slightly grumpy about having to change. Specifically told them that the piano would have to go up stated number of steps and turns and that our lift was not big enough. Removers said they couldn't take it up steps and had been told there was a lift! Did manage it in the end but not sure how many more things could have gone wrong!

I spoke with Dave at AnyVan corporate. I spoke with him, told him about the order so that he could obtain quotes. He put me in touch with his favourite driver Chris who gave me a good quote - 4 times cheaper than I'd been quoted elsewhere! The goods have been picked up and delivered. Chris the delivery man was lovely, and he picked up the goods on time and arrived on time! Even phoning ahead to warn of his arrival. Perfect!

I am really disappointed with the service which was provided to ourselves, after numerous in depth phone calls, emails, scaled drawings of our layout AnyVan failed to pass the relevant information onto the persons who carried out the job. Not only was they unaware of the full content of the job which caused them to be unequipped, the size of the van provided was to small, this caused 5 trips back and forth to our warehouse - delayed the "one" day job causing our staff to work until 9:30PM, not only was we working over they also had to help unload files into boxes to try and speed up the process as they presumed 2 men could lift a standard 4 drawer cabinet with files/paper work in which was advised via email and telephone contact. When calling AnyVan to explain the troubles we are experiencing with themselves they was very unhelpful and attempted to blame ourselves for the information provided when we have been the ones constantly emailing and phoning them to make sure they have detailed information to enable the removal smoothly. When loading the cabinets/files at the warehouse they was not put back in numerical order they was almost thrown in any order which is now causing myself and staff to correct the mistakes made by the poor quality provided. Due to the inconvenience caused we will not be using this company in the future.

The driver arrived early, loaded his van up without any fuss and proceeded to take the documentation to its destination.

Dave looked after my request quickly and professionally. The driver Garry was very personable, turned up on time and the deliveries were made on time. Will definitely use this service again
