Pretty easy to use

Pretty easy to use. Good interface (I think so).
Had trouble getting remote sound to work a few times. (it's off by default, so check the top bar to ensure it's on). 3 year deal for a pretty good price too.
Got it because TeamViewer kept conking out with the "you don't have a licence" pop up.

MOSTLY WORKS

MOSTLY WORKS. ON MOBILE APP THE AUXILIARY SETTING IS BUGGY. YOU HAVE TO KEEP TURNING IT ON FOR REMOTE CONTROL.

I am a subscriber and have switched to…

I am a subscriber and have switched to AnyViewer. The program is good, but automatic updates should be enabled by default, without requiring user action. The resolution also needs to be fixed. Sometimes, the connection becomes slow. I'm not sure if this is due to a lack of servers in Brazil. I believe the product has the potential to become a market leader.

I like that i can have a free account…

I like that i can have a free account with my own devices and still support someone remotely that isn't part of my account.
The app is really easy to learn and setup, there aren't any annoying adds or forced license fees.
It really is "free" to use with added functions on purchased feature upgrades.

What is a bit annoying is that my application doesn't keep remembering my login details and i have to log in again after a while.

Poor quality and constantly crashing

I really cant recommend the software if you are used to teamviewer or parsec. The transmition quality is very poor and if I want to seperate the screens it is constantly crashing. Basically useless if you want to work with more than one screen.
