Great Customer Service
Really impressed with the customer service from AO. I had ordered a Bosch built in dishwasher online. It was delivered the next day and the guys disconnected and removed my 15-year-old Neff dishwasher, taking it away for recycling. Unfortunately, the new one couldn’t be fitted straight away, due to a pipe that was in the way. So they put my order on hold while I organised a plumber to move the pipe. This was done effortlessly and within a couple of days AO had organised the fitting of my new dishwasher. The communication from AO was excellent throughout and I am really pleased with my new dishwasher!

Won’t find better Customer Services
We ordered a dishwasher for our daughter ,we live in Devon and are visiting her in Birmingham.I thought it would be complicated but no you delivered it plumbed it in and took away the wrappings ,polite delivery men no fuss and always first class service and the Customer Service team are second to none would recommend them highly

Great service delivering and installing ceramic hob
Bought a replacement hob for my broken one. The price of the hob was very competitive and instillation cost was reasonable. Great communication before the delivery day and on the day itself. The installers were friendly and efficient. Very neat and tidy job. I am genuinely impressed. I mentioned about getting a dishwasher and the installer advised which to order for my kitchen. I will definitely be using AO again.
