When I needed to reinstall my AOMEI software on another machine due to hardware failure I reached out to them and Lanry Lucky at AOMEI sent me a link to do the reinstall and cleared my License Key so I could use it on the reinstalled software. All this happened within 24 hours which as very helpful.

All my concerns were addressed fast and clear.

I sent an email to request resetting one license from my retired pc. I sent on Sunday. Joel responded early Monday morning with message that license was reset. I was really surprised how quickly my request was processed. Thank so much Joel.

I asked for a license reinstatement as it was no longer in use. The deed was done in less than 25 hours - although it took more than a week to prove it because Aomei had no automatic record of software not being installed on one of our computers.

I sent an email to support. Within hours they fixed my issue. I can't ask for more from support. Good job!

Recently, as I was preparing to write a review about the “AOMEI Backupper Professional” and the “AOMEI Partition Assistant”, representative Megan Z. again did something to impress me.
Nevertheless, I wish to go on record as saying how pleased I am with this company's first-rate products and repeated confidence inspiring service.
I would recommend it highly.

I have both AOMEI Backupper and AOMEI Partition Assistant lifetime licenses for several years now. Both programs work perfectly. And their service is also excellent. I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to re-register these programs, but ran into the registration limit. An email to the service desk to adjust this was processed by them (Lanry Lucky) within 24 hours. So lifetime really means lifetime here!

Lanry Lucky, actioned my request to reset a licence code in a prompt and efficient manner. I am now able to use my AOMEI software on a new PC.

Megan and I worked together over a few days to resolve a few issues that were not easy to troubleshoot and diagnose. Her persistence and willingness to help came through loud and clear.
