I really like the design of my glasses so far! I picked the geometric aviators, and I could attest to not seeing that design anywhere else! Additionally, they weren't too pricey.
So much to choose from, Easy to fill in prescription. At 66 I normally visit opticians but this was such fun trying them all on. Just looking forward to receiving them and wearing them.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Have tried to resolve shipping issue with them several times. I only get an autogenerated response. The tracking number that was provided to me is not recognized by any of my local carriers. I've called them ALL looking for the package that I keep getting an email that says it's undeliverable. No one has my package. And now I'm being threatened to be charged added fees. At this point, I feel scammed out of $130. The frustration of calling every shipping carrier in my region only to be told the tracking number I provided returns no results and that my package isn't at their facility. The stress isn't worth it. I wish I had just gone to the local eyewear store and spent the extra money.

We completely understand how exhausting it must have been to call every local carrier and receive no answer – and on top of that, to receive automated replies and a threat of extra fees. That is absolutely not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
Let us explain what may have happened:
International shipments are handed over to a local carrier once they arrive in your country. In many cases, the local carrier assigns a new tracking number for the final delivery. This is why the tracking number we provided might not be recognised by your local carriers – it is the international number, not the domestic one.
We have checked our system, and we see that delivery attempts have been made. However, if the package is truly lost or cannot be located, we take full responsibility.
Please rest assured that you will not be charged any additional fees for this issue. If we have caused this inconvenience, we will cover all costs.
What we ask you to do:
If you still have not received your order and no carrier can find your package, please send a new message to our official customer service email address (found on our website). In that message, include your order number and a brief note that the package appears to be lost. Do not reply to this email – use the official address so that our team can properly log your case and prioritise it.
Once we receive your email through that channel, we will immediately arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you. We will also use a more traceable shipping method to prevent this from happening again.

I saw the ads while looking for other frames [of course since all of our information is shared] and I immediately saw frames I liked. I saw some interesting color combos. It got better once I saw the options on lens tinting. The website was easy to use, prices were good and my first time using the site I ended up with three pairs of glasses.

Great Virtual Try-On Feature!
I really like that there is an option to virtually try the glasses on using my own photo. It made it much easier to choose the lenses and frames that suit my face best.
I haven't received my glasses yet, so I can't comment on the quality or fit just yet. However, the ordering experience has been smooth so far, and I hope the product meets my expectations. I'm looking forward to receiving my glasses from the Aoolia team and hope they won't disappoint. Let's see!
