RIP OFF MERCHANTS

This company should not be allowed to sell anything they should be shut down.

Where is the refund? It is over 3 weeks late. I can't believe how terrible this company is and how it rips people off. Never ever buy from them. I will be pursuing this further.

I want the money back NOW to my partner that brought this for me for my birthday and even though it was sent to a returns address in Derby and they confirmed receipt - NOTHING.

NO WORDS as a small business owner you give us a bad name.

No communication and no refund issued. It’s really not complicated to do. I returned and received notification the goods had been received back to perfect nomad over two weeks ago. Still waiting! Radio silence. Do not order. They have over £400 of my money

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Stay away from this brand!
I made a purchase at the beginning of February, but I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. After several emails to customer service, they replied that they were preparing my order, but I never received any further updates.

A few days later, I contacted them again to ask what was happening, and they informed me that the item I had chosen was out of stock in the UK and would be shipped from Spain instead. Then, after another couple of weeks, I finally received an email with the tracking number, but the item remained stuck at the warehouse in Spain for almost ten days. At that point, I contacted customer service again to request a refund, and at least I was able to get my money back.

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. I ordered a dress that had a 48hr dispatch time. I contacted them an after 4 days to be told they had sold out in my Country and it was coming from Spain. Waited another 4 days for a dispatch email and tracking number…nothing. Contacted them again for them to say they would ‘chase their courier’ and get back to me(there is no tracking number so it was never dispatched).
Still waiting for them to get back to me.

Beware of customs traps. I paid over 100 euros in import duties for two dresses worth 300 euros. The company is based in the UK and does not mention the additional customs fees. Overall, the product is completely overpriced both in terms of cut and material and is nothing special.

Vorsicht Zollfalle. Ich habe für zwei Kleider im Wert von 300 Euro über 100 Euroeinfuhrzölle bezahlt. Die Firma sitzt in GB und weist nicht auf die zusätzlichen Zollgebühren hin. In top ist die Ware sowohl im Schnitt, als auch vom Material völlig überteuert und nichts besonderes.

ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVED FOR 40 days now

The order was placed on Aug 31 and directly charged from my account, a skirt for 142 euros.
Is October 9 and I do not have received the item yet.
Communication is close to zero reply.
Nothing is happening at all.

Bad customer service

I ordered some garments from this company because it was written that delivery in Europe was for free. Prices indicated in euros. Paid around 400е
The package arrived from UK and we had to pay customs fees!!!!!! 143 euro!
I wanted to return everything!
Then I wrote mail and contacted the company per Instagram. No reaction couple of days despite my daily trials to reach them. Then I wrote a report here and they came back to me…. Sent return label and promised to return money and compensate customs fees.
I sent garments back and paid another 29 euros.
They paid back for the returned garments but never for customs fees as they promised!!!
Now they don’t even receive my instagram messages! Looks like I am blocked
So paid 173 euro for this experience

Do not buy from this brand

Do not buy from this brand! Absolutely the worst customer experience I've had in years. After 1 month of not shipping my order, and countless unanswered messaged, they finally agreed to refund my order. But no, no refund came, neither any replies to my follow up messages. I had to go through PayPal resolution centre to get my money back. So much time and energy wasted. Not the business I'd trust or support ever again.

Trust the reviews!

I ordered a dress which may or may not be beautiful. I can’t tell you because it went to the wrong address. I didn’t realise that my address hadn’t saved and the default address had kicked in. I paid for express shipping. I emailed seconds after paying, as soon as I realised the address issue. It took a few days but I got a reply saying that it wasn’t a problem to send to the right address. It’s a different country so I offered to pay more. I didn’t hear anything for a few days so I chased up. The dress was shipped the day after that (so much for express) but I then got a tracking notification that it has been sent to my home address instead of the amended address. I emailed repeatedly but got no answer, and I also messaged on Instagram.

I have given two stars because an item has been delivered even though I have no idea what it’s like or even if it’s the right item. That said, the customer service is absolutely abysmal, especially for such expensive items. I cannot recommend this company, unfortunately.

I ordered a long white dress for €230. Received the dress crammed into a small box. Totally crinkled! Not the quality I expected for my money, so decided to return the dress.

The company answered quickly when I asked for the return adress, but haven’t heard anything from them since!! Been waiting on my refund for 2 months now.

I am utterly disappointed with the…

I am utterly disappointed with the appalling service I've encountered from this company. Having made a dress purchase four months ago, I was informed one and a half months later that the color I specifically ordered was out of stock.

It has been two months and a half since I initiated the refund process (four since I bought the dress), and the company's response has been nothing short of irresponsible and disrespectful.

Their failure to refund my money, despite numerous inquiries, signifies a concerning disregard for their customers. The consistent lack of communication and the constant runaround I've experienced is simply disappointing.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their horrible customer service. The absence of accountability and failure to refund a simple transaction after such a long period is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, and I will certainly not be a returning customer.

Don’t buy anything here

-a month before incorrect dress arrived
-endless chasing via email and Instagram
-incorrect dress of poor quality
-arrived in a cheapo plastic package- so much for being organic and eco friendly
-paid 275gbp for the dress, and on the customs form it had been valued at 11 gbp
-requested a refund, was told I would receive
-never heard from Frances again
-disputed the charge with my credit card company

poor customer service

I bought a dress online which I needed to return. I have never encountered such awful customer service in this process. The only way is to email and the back and forth took weeks, many emails would not be responded to or would ask for information that had been provided. I chased regularly on Instagram and was also told “it was being looked in to” etc. the whole process seemed like a stalling tactic.

I reached out to someone who had commented on an Instagram post in a similar situation who told me she never got through to them and had to take it up with her credit card company. She told me she had spoken to multiple people with the same issue. I have since had someone also reach out to me on Instagram.

I did eventually get my refund but it took a lot of time and unnecessary stress. This is an awful way to run a business, it feels like some sort of scam.
