I’ve recently been fortunate in sampling some of Apetito’s food. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious! The cinnamon buns are a favourite of mine and I would highly recommend them. The Apetito staff are also lovely and helpful.

I recently spent time in hospital recovering from a surgery that I had. The apetito meals that I ate during this time were great. I was sceptical to eat hospital food but they tasted great and there were plenty of options to choose from. I was especially impressed with the steak pie I had one night. Congrats apetito on making hospitals meals enjoyable.

Andrew & Freddie delivered a dementia dinning experience today at Bowbrook care home. Our staff found this very informative and they took a lot of important lessons from the training. Andrew & Freddie were incredibly professional, it is always a pleasure when Andrew visits our service.

Terrible…Terrible food portions and prices…

Food is still extremely expensive despite my complaint last month. I expected action would have been taken to help reduce the prices of food to make it more affordable. In addition, food quality is extremely poor for the price they expect you to pay! Even if the food was good, the food is nearly impossible to afford for school children.

Apetito has been introduced into my Mum carehome recently, it is absolutely awful compared to the lovely freshly prepared meals before.
Apetito meals are bland ,unappetising to the eye and taste which should be important to elderly people who value meal times as a highlight of their day. The soft food is even worse looks like a pile of mush....

As a resident of Trowbridge I am fortunate to be invited to a bi monthly roast dinner. Today that dinner was a Christmas feast which was provided by volunteers from in and out of the company. As a single senior it’s so heartwarming to spend a few hours with others in the community and many thanks to all involved. Apetito are a family orientated company who provide excellent meals that are not only easy to store as well as warm, I have to say each and every meal is both delicious as well as perfectly portioned.

The food is very appetising and looks good, good delivery service, our food rep Jason Davies goes above and beyond to ensure we only receive the best service, nothing is to much trouble for him, after all said apetito is a brand to be proud to serve..

All staff are very proffesional and polite.my apetito rep jason davies is a credit to your company. Nothing is too much trouble.

Food is way too expensive. Paying £3.50 for a really small meal is not worth it and very expensive. In addition, the food quality is relatively poor and receive super small portions. I believe these food prices should be about £2.50 and items should be seperated. I will not be buying Apetito and will be sticking to cold food from now on.

Sometimes do not have the product that is pre arranged for our order, but always given an alternative.

Very small portions, limited choice, luke warm so question the quality and very expensive for a school meal. My son will no longer have the school meals. Reallt bad choice to use such poor quality food.

I manage a care home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the food we receive from Apetito. It enables us to provide good food to the residents, which is nutritious, of the right texture and works out less expensive and easier than cooking with our own staff. We still cook some fresh food here of course, but Apetito takes care of the majority of our needs for lunch and dinner.

Apetito deliver to us the same day every week. We get the same truck but each driver has a very different attitude. Today's driver was very abrupt. He wanted to bring the delivery through our door over the new carpet (which he didn't believe was new). He didnt want to take the truck down the side of our building, yet other drivers do not question this.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Apetito to our care home for a tasting session, and it was a truly positive experience for both staff and residents. The team brought in a variety of new dishes for our residents to try.
The food was full of flavour, beautifully presented and catered to a variety of dietary needs that looked just as appetising. It was lovely to see so much positive engagement and feedback from everyone involved.
A big thank you to Apetito for their thoughtful approach and for bringing such a joyful experience to our home.
