Rip off parts prices

This company charged me over 200% mark-up on readily available parts for my fridge. The service (guy) was good but the parts were an obscene rip off.

They charged me £350 for a £110 part and £45 for a £10 part.

I complained and was told complaints were taken seriously and they would come back to me. I offered them a chance to discretely refund me some of the money out of decency with no explanation. They simply don't care and will not respond.

My suggestion is that you find another company to fix your appliance.
Don't use these guys.
