Airport Parking and Hotels (APH.com) was founded in 1980 and is the UK’s leading independent pre-booked off-airport car parking provider. Primarily, APH operates park and ride services for air travellers looking for competitive prices and top quality service. In just the same way that park and ride serves busy town centres, so park and ride for airports does likewise; it allows customers to avoid the congestion and confusion of unfamiliar roadways and signage. It also saves them money with off-airport parking rates typically 10-15% cheaper than on-airport. APH also offers packages including a hotel overnight stay for those travelling longer distances or with very early flights.

Had a very positive experience with APH, Copthorne. Swift & efficient check-in and our driver, Lee, was standing by, offering to carry our luggage to the transfer bus. We were impressed.

Very easy to use and a seamless transition from dropping the car off to getting to the airport, will use again.
Only gripe and it maybe due to time of year, we had to wait around 40 mins for the bus to pick us up after notification to collect us

Super convenient and reliable from start to finish. The whole process was smooth; easy to find, quick check-in, and timely transfers to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything stress-free. Great value for the service provided. I’ll definitely be using them again next time I travel.

I’ve used APH across many different airports and they’ve always been fantastic- very fast, reliable, easy and cheap.
I was even further impressed after I left my bag on the bus, and they sent it back to my house for me- special thanks to Sarah for her being extremely helpful and kind.
I booked APH “meet and greet” at Manchester Airport, thinking it was the usual Meet and greet experience. It isn’t! When I arrived, I had to ring someone’s mobile for them to come and meet us outside. I then handed my keys over to a guy, not in a uniform, who asked me for £5 to leave the airport grounds. I was very dubious. On my return, I then ring a mobile number again for some random guy to drive up in my car having waited 15mins. Then he asks for another £5 in cash to leave the airport. Will not be using these people again I’m afraid.

Do not leave your car here even if it’s urgent you go away! I dropped my high powered BMW off for a weeks holiday is the worst thing I’ve ever done, the gearbox is guaranteed and stamp sealed by BMW for 200,000 miles, (mine is half that) I’ve had the car 9 years and had it maintained perfectly, in one week the manual setting in trip tronic mode had the gears smashed to bits (confirmed by a BMW specialist) at a cost of £2384,52p, this has cost more than my holiday including spending money, I broke down on my way home with Mrs, kids and luggage, this ruined the end of our holiday and cost a small fortune just because these people treat your pride and joy like it’s an F1 car, disgusting behaviour, do not use their services ever!
Prior to a potential long stay car parking requirement at Manchester Airport, we made enquiries regarding the various options available.
Firstly, to all the companies who kept on emailing me regarding my last chance to make a booking via their organisation, let me tell you why I rejected you and chose APH.
This was because APH prominently displayed a phone number where potential customers could make contact.
Other competitors in the airport car parking market, did not appear to offer a phone contact facility, offering only online contact.
Some never even replied to my emails regarding our special needs regarding a possible overstay.
On behalf of so many people who find online procedures both challenging & stressful, I would like to advise online only businesses, that they are losing out to companies who provide a telephone service.
To actually talk to somebody & as in my case, explain our special needs and to know the name & agree the time and date of the conversation is a true customer benefit.
Secondly, APH prices quoted were upto 100% less than many of their competitors.
Thinking that there would be some drawback with such a competitive price, we arrived at APH's parking facility close to
Manchester Airport with cautious optimism, as I had to leave my car key.
( I have heard horror stories of customers' vehicles having hundreds of miles put on the clock where keys had been left)
I was so wrong about any fears regarding APH.
The phone centre was UK based so I could easily understand the English pronunciation of the APH agents I spoke to.
They answered the phones well within an acceptable time frame.
The APH staff with whom I spoke (Grace, Olivia or Jack) were very knowledgeable about their product and addressed the special requirement I had with a mutually acceptable solution regarding any possible overstay.
APH sent us easy to follow instructions on how to reach their Manchester Airport facility.
On arrival any doubts we may have had regarding so competitive a price were immediately dismissed.
We were greeted by an APH employee who clearly explained their procedure.
The ladies at the check in desk were very professional and efficient.
The toilet facilities were clean.
In the waiting area for the shuttle bus, there was even the facility of a large platform digital weighing scales, so that you could see the weight of your baggage prior to check in.
(A useful benefit)
The shuttle bus drivers were excellent. We both had between us in excess of 75 kilos of luggage, Abdul our driver, assisted us in loading our baggage. As we are both elderly we found this particularly useful.
The same help was extended to younger shuttle bus passengers by Abdul & other drivers.
On every count APH are to be highly commended for the car parking service they offer at Manchester Airport.
The facility to speak with someone from APH on the phone being of particularly important significance.
Other businesses please take note.
I have no hesitation in awarding APH 5 stars and would like to publicly thank APH and recomend this company to any people seeking parking at Manchester Airport.

I left my car with them and on my return they have broken windscreen. They acknowledged they have damaged it but won't cover it as per their terms and conditions of not covering windows/glass damage! This is stupid ! I have to pay to change the windscreen my self! I will NEVER be using them again.
Unable to find car park- followed specific directions And used what three words… after 30 minutes called APH to get directions- phone straight to a mobile voicemail. In danger of missing our flight, we parked elsewhere in the airport. Have since raised with APH who are not interested in customer service or retaining business
This service was brilliant and easy to find and use. The guy that picked us up last Friday morning in the bus was brilliant as well, provided a fantastic service will def use again
Outstanding service from the team. Easy drop off and pickup with no waiting. Freindly staff, and nice facilities. They went above and beyond when I realised on the transfer bus that I'd left my phone in the car. I called them, they collected the phone and gave it to the next driver to deliver to me, even changing their route to go to the North terminal first, ensuring I got my phone and made the flight. Would absolutely recommend.
They are a great team to book with and very friendly.
Rather disappointed with the service-there were no concerns regarding timing etc BUT APH acts as an intermediate booker-my car was parked at the facility of a company called daybyday with horrific reviews regarding car damages and lack of accountability.APH guarantees quality assurance of the service they provide but I am not sure why they still collaborate with such companies.
On my return my car dash cam was disconnected (footage though in different days captured the car being moved around quite a few times to a different overflow car park at a hotel etc and OBD captured at least 4,8 miles) and the cap of my gear box knob has been removed intentionally!
Moreover APH denies accountability since they claim that they are bookers although legally they have no stand.
Fantastic yet again, easy and seamless. Thank you

It is the best experience, leaving your car, with a company you can trust, used these a few times over the years, the women's toilet smell gorgeous and are lovely and clean, well done 👏

Stay away from this firm. Useless. Wrong name and treated us like shit despite
them getting name wrong on booking.

I booked 22 days parking and as far as I was aware was in Aberdeen Airport Long Stay Carpark.
On the way to the airport I noticed there was no address on the confirmation I had and it said APH Airport Parking - Copthorn. Being unsure I tried phoning the number on the confirmation but it went unanswered for over 30 mins! As I could not wait longer I put the car into Aberdeen Airport Long Stay Carpark which I understood I had booked.
When I got back from holiday the barrier would not open and it wanted £285 to get the car out.
Aberdeen Airport Carpark Manager appeared and he said they had not dealt with APH for months and they now had a site in the industrial site. He also said they held subsequent discussions with APH to try and find out why APH customers kept going into their carpark.
I tried their online booking today and APH are still showing Aberdeen Airport Long Stay Carpark with their logo!
APH say I should have received a confirmation with the full address. I had searched my emails before and since and there is nothing. I saw on Trustpilot that others could not get their phone calls to Customer Services answered in July!
Personally I feel they are being deceitful. They are also unwilling to refund for an unused service!
When I sent a request for refund the first reply said I had booked a meet & greet in Bristol which was also very unimpressive!
Overall this has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will avoid using them.
Went like clock work even when our in bound flght was delayed by 5 hours meaning we didn't get in until 06:00. But the bus was there waiting & the guy was very helpful.
Quick, efficient and friendly but what tops all that is how reliable they are!
Have used APH multiple times at various locations over the years. Have just had 2 weeks parking at Cardiff airport ( The Highwayman). From 13th -28th July. It was one of the most hassle free and seamless experiences, with courteous staff not to mention very competitively priced. We will continue to use APH and cannot recommend them enough.
