Investment claim

Another successful outcome
In late August 2018, I received a phone call from AJP Solicitors in respect of an investment that I had made a few years earlier. The investment was actually controlled by a stockbroker company that operated a share portfolio on your behalf purchasing and selling shares as they saw fit. Without getting into too much detail suffice to say that the main beneficiary was the stockbroking company through transaction fees. There was a significant number of people who saw fit to work with this company and when your investment slowly dwindled away the penny dropped that this had all been a scam.
AJP had enough complainants that they were prepared to seek redress on my behalf, and although this took the best part of two years to complete; the whole business was relatively pain-free and achieved its full obective. Although there was a substantial fee to be paid out the redress for this very professional service, it was worthwhile as the alternative was to suffer the total loss.
I am happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending AJP Solicitors.
