Wonderful and comfortable
I can only say all the issues we endured from non-working fridge, lack of paid for inclusions, poor state of inclusions that were supplied and broken lock should never have arisen if the ‘quality control’ of the vehicle had been undertaken meticulously and professionally. At times we wondered if the vehicle was indeed fit for purpose. Whether this is a result of THL management style or just poor management at the Perth branch is hard to say. Though both the Broome and Darwin branches couldn’t believe what we had endured on our holiday.
