Poor customer service at first…..
I have bought from this company in the past and never experienced any issues.
However, I recently purchased two of their Christmas Tales candles, one of which definitely has a problem. The scent is practically non-existent and despite being placed on a flat surface, away from drafts and allowed to burn for the suggested time (making sure the wax reaches the sides of the receptacle), it has begun to tunnel.
My complaint is that I have now reached out to this company twice to discuss this matter, but they have chosen to ignore my emails.
However, today they reached out. Their explanation and apology was extremely sincere and as a result I have now given them the maximum amount of stars, with a promise of patronising them in the future. If only all companies could be as accommodating as this one. My faith in human nature has been restored.
