The person who took our booking was so helpful, despite it being fairly late to book a taxi from East Preston to Hove for 7 passengers.
The communication was wonderful, the driver Maurice was so helpful and friendly - and everything ran perfectly to time.

I called at 4pm and asked for a taxi to pick me up from work and get me to the train station for 6pm as my train leaves at 6:10pm...all ok.
At 5:55pm I get nervous so I call them again and ask where my taxi is, and was told he is coming up my road now...a lie.
6pm, taxi arrives. I explain to the driver that the taxi wasn't booked for 6pm, it was to get me to the train station for 6pm. He explained he was only told about the job less than 3 minutes ago and that he was filling his car up with petrol.
When I explained the conversation I had with the girl on the phone, he said (his words) "We are so dead at the moment, the girls in the office are mostly asleep or playing with their phones".
Thankfully my train was late, so I made it, but no thanks to Apollo Taxis. I won't be using them again as I cannot rely on them.
