This a the third time we’ve used Apple Blinds in Handforth. Lovely service from visiting the store until final fitting. Such pleasant staff and excellent quality.
Steer clear...
We were unaware how shabby the fitting of these blinds were until we took them down to decorate. One blind held in by one small screw, the other end, the holes had been drilled but not used as they had broken the screw head off therefore leaving a sharp point. To get this out left a fairly large hole to fill. Then they decided to screw into the window frame instead. Didn't ask or tell us that's what they had done. Will never use them again.

Poor service from the start .
Phoned the sale shop and left voice male to call me back. Nobody did. Phoned the day after, answer machine again, left another message saying I would like a call back, no call back!!! Phoned again and the woman anserd I asked her if anyone calls customers back? To which she abruptly replied what do you want!! I politely asked her why no call back, again she just said (what do you want) very rood woman. I hung up the phone and used another company..very poor service right from the brgining..

Took ages to sort the fitting of our…Poor after care
Took ages to sort the fitting of our conservatory roof blinds. Took two visits then a further visit to supply the correct pole. We have hardly used them and two years on they are starting to come away from the wall.
Apple won’t even come and see them without me paying first and the manager won’t even speak to me. Just suggests I email.
Poor aftercare. They only want your money.

Poor after care service
We had a venetian metal blind fitted. After a couple of days the plastic toggle holding the cords together split and would not push back together.
I have called 4 times over a period of a month requesting a replacement plastic toggle. Each time I'm promised a call back when they have received the toggle from the warehouse into the shop in Sale for collection. I am thankfully that my fault is only a small one, a broken toggle held together with sellotape, given up hope on the call back or replacement toggle.

Good blinds, Bad installation
The quality of the blinds is quite good. Not as expensive as some other places but the guy that come to fit them was a nice fella but in retrospect I should have told him not to bother. Single screw used in the bracket mounts even though 2 are required. Didn't use the correct plaster board fixtures instead just screwed right into it, each one has to come down now.
