The warming draw is brilliant, so far I have used it to proof bread with fantastic results. I heats evenly and maintains a constant temperature so the bread rises steadily and evenly. It's really easy to use, looks stylish and the push open function is great as easy to do when your hands are full, also means you haven't got a sticky out handle to snag your clothes on. Also it's Bosch so hopefully that means it'll be reliable.
