Purchased a wine cooler to go into our existing fitted kitchen after it stopped working after 12 years. Appliance City offered the best price when delivery factored in. Delivery was very prompt and installation was very slick.

I purchased an AEG washing machine from Appliance City, mainly due to the AEG offer of free installation and free removal of the old machine. Unfortunately, although the machine is wonderful, the delivery experience was a disaster. Let me say at this point that this was not entirely the fault of Appliance City, who quickly remedied the situation, but of their sub contractor BJS who were completely unprofessional, rude and quite useless. They walked off the job leaving water spurting from the connection pipe, saying that was all they could do and refusing to take the old machine away, even when I produced my order showing this was to be done. Their response was that I had to get in touch with Appliance City, as it wasn't their job - or words to that effect. Thankfully the washer is in my garage and not my kitchen!
On contacting Appliance City, their staff could not have been more shocked and were very helpful, arranging to have the old machine taken away. Fixing the terrible installation took my husband a coupe of minutes and he couldn't understand how the delivery men had failed to do it.
On writing to Appliance City to praise their staff for their quick response I also complained about the delivery company and their terrible attempt at installation. They did admit it was their oversight not to put the removal of the old machine on the work schedule for BJS but stressed anybody who delivered for them were told to get in touch if there were any issues. This BJS failed to do.
In conclusion, while the actual delivery and installation was a complete nightmare, Appliance City took the matter seriously and apologised for the situation. They have confirmed that any future purchases I make will always be delivered in their own vans by their own delivery staff.

Bought a number of kitchen appliances from Appliance City. Good price & really helpful service. Delivery was very smooth & a last minute change of date was no problem.

Very impressed & would use them again

Fridge freezer had small dent in it. Also my property was damaged by the delivery team, who broke a bell which was attached to wall next to front door. The customer service team were awful, and never replied to emails and didn't return calls. It took weeks before I was told they couldn't replace the drawer with dent and the delivery company BJS denied any damage, despite it being reported over the phone while still st my property. I eventually received some compensation for the dent in drawer and damaged bell from Appliance city, but would never buy anything from them again and couldn't recommend them

I would happily recommend Appliance City and Richard to anyone looking to purchase new kitchen appliances.

From online order to delivery everything went smoothly!
The Samsung series 9 smart fridge freezer was a lot cheaper than other companies and then an online discount was offered too which made it even cheaper. The product was delivered efficiently by helpful well mannered delivery professionals who went above and beyond their duties helping unpack and position the fridge in place.
