They correctly diagnosed the issue, told us the repair to buy and then installed the parts. They did it well and our dishwasher is now working again. But it was hard to get hold of them and we had to... See more

Soheyl was very helpful and quickly identified what was wrong with the freezer, he fixed it promptly and I’m very pleased.
Terrible experience with this company
I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I paid for a dishwasher diagnostic on 23 December 2025. The engineer attended twice and incorrectly stated that the appliance could not be removed from the cabinet without a kitchen fitter. I then paid a separate fitter who removed it easily in minutes by adjusting the legs which was wasted money.
No repair was carried out, and the company later refused to return. The man in the office was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me. I also had to replace mounting screws that were removed and not returned. I attempted to resolve this directly and sent a formal Letter Before Action, but received no meaningful response. I ultimately had to recover the original payment via my card provider. Based on my experience, I would definitely not use this company again.
Bad service
I ordered a washing machine which was promised to be delivered the next day!
I contacted the company every day for the next 12 days, every time it was due for next day delivery. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, 4 months later I’m still asking for a refund!
Engineer recommended a new pcb for washing macine without trying to fix it - we fixed it ourselves
Our washing machine dial was not working properly. When selecting shorter washes the times were longer, sometimes correct. We explained that we thought that a wire on the pcb board was probably loose. Immediately the key said, before checking anything that we needed a new pcb board. He seemed to be in a rush to get to this next job, he has 6 further jobs that day. We asked him to open it up so we could have a look.He said he couldnt see anything lose and, again, we would need a new board. When it put it back in the machine the timing were correct for a few minutes. The engineer left. My partner followed what the engineer did and had a look. He cleaned the connectors to the pcb board, put it back and the washing machine worked, and has worked since. If the engineer had had a desire to try see if he could fix the problem it might have had a different result. He was too fast to request a new part rather than see if there was anything he could do. If my partner could fix it, in minutes, he should have been able to
A so called engineer called and failed to fix my cooker
An ?engineer called to fix my electric cooker. I was informed that for the call out I needed to pay £190.00 + VAT ie £228.00 prior to anyone visiting.
This amount was paid promptly - via bank transfer.
The alleged engineer visited and, without a detailed appraisal or written explanation or invoice (he visited the property twice as he had failed to take/record some details) and in a brusque manner said "the element has gone and needs replacing".
We were not remotely confident with his quick diagnosis, his dismissive attitude and demeanour and sought a second opinion - which confirmed that it was simply just the timer that required replacing.
We had called the company admin by telephone on several consecutive days - to find out if they had sourced the part needed - the men on the phone were unhelpful and offensive towards my wife - the last man told her that he was going to cancel the order and then abruptly hung up the phone.
I was unable to get through to them later again trying to resolve the issue amicably but they do not appear to wish to answer my calls.
AVOID!! SCAM COMPANY
This company is a BIG BIG SCAM VOMPANY. How are they allowed to still operate after all of the complaints about them!!!! Bought an induction hob from them , paid via bank transfer, as I couldn’t pay any other way for some reason. DIDNT RECEIVE HOB!!! Called several times no response!!!!
I called this fraudulent company last week 20th of Feb. , ( I needed to show evidence to my bank that I contacted them again) the silly person in the phone cursed me out!!! Swearing at me!!! Please do not use this company!!!! It’s all a scam. HOB NEVER RECEIVED!!!
Washing machine fix
The engineer instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He was polite and courteous.
Rude and surly on the phone
Rude and surly on the phone. I was very polite, and had all the info he needed. However the bloke was clearly busy and distracted and then hung up without warning.
Suggest you swerve.
Avoid this company
Only adding my voice to the chorus but as with numerous other customers, I paid for something (a Miele dishwasher) that never arrived, chased for delivery over several days and was fobbed off with excuses about it not arriving from the manufacturer, finally requested a cancellation, and, when I mentioned discovering reviews from others in my position, had the phone put down on me. I am yet to get a refund - or any of the emails I was allegedly sent confirming said refund. I have reported the company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards, as well as my bank.
UPDATE: My bank managed to retrieve the money from their account (despite us initially paying by bank transfer), so if you find yourself in a similar position do persist.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spent over £8K on some appliance and since then have no heard from them, nothing delivered and just nothing. Went to the store a few times and they are closed. AVOID, Scam. Have reported them. DO NOT USE.

Great service
Great service! He fixed my fridge quickly and professionally. Very polite and on time. Highly recommended.
The technician was very friendly and…
The technician was very friendly and reassuring. The service consisted of telling me that everything was fine. As the machine is 20 years old I was surprised there was no servicing to be done.
Would be a 0 star if Trustpilot…
Would be a 0 star if Trustpilot allowed. Man turned up, pretended to fix my washing machine, charged £78. Very next washing cycle machine broke down again and the appliancentre man ghosted all my texts and calls.
Appliancentre HQ wouldn’t even hear me out on the situation and when they tried to resend the same man out he threatened to go to the police??
Avoid appliancentre at all costs.
Very quick response to complete the job
