The technical inspection was carried out in a pleasant atmosphere, very professional and respectful, I even got some useful advice. I can only recommend this place.

No complaints about service at Ølstykke - fast and effective. Will definitely be using them again.

Bad service in Hørsholm

Bad service in Hørsholm, the inspector dosn’t speak english, and how I know they should adjust the lights, but he just said we need to go and adjust the lights. Plus the applus have morgenpris from 380 kr, but why only in just some places? If applus morgenpris then it should be everywhere. 630 kr for a bilsyn is irrelevant high price.

Im sorry that you were not able to speak English to our inspector in Hørsholm, we don’t require that our employees speak other languages than Danish.
The periodic inspection that is done in Denmark is regulated by Færdselsstyrelsen(the Danish road authorities),
And the check points done during the inspection including Headlight alignment is mandatory, if you feel that the test was done wrong you can contact Færdselsstyrelsen, info about that. It is also written on your inspection report.
The price 380kr that you mention is a campaign price, we do campaigns all over the country, but at the moment we do not have a price campaign in Hørsholm. You can see all our current price campaigns at our homepage here:
https://www.applusbilsyn.dk/bilsynspriser. If you think that the priced is too high in Hørsholm you can always drive to one of our other locations.

Very bad service

Really disapointed with department in Taastrup.
I did not pass the inspection,they told me that thickness on my brake discs are under minimum even if they were in good condition.
My brakes after inspection was checked from car manufacturer and mechanic and my brakes was okay and didnt need changing.
I came back on omsyn with documentation that the discs are fine,but the guy told me again that the documentation is not okay and then he showed me from some strange website what they are using that my thickness on the discs is under minimum even if they are okay.
After that I spoke with my lawyer and we found another bilsyn place,they check the car and the car was in perfect condition.
I will start the case against you because you put correct car out from the road.

They are really money makers they simply find something which is no relevant to pass bilsyn and write it as if critical to pass bilsyn.I visited another service and got syn without comments.

Very poor costumer service

Used the applus bilsyn on Ryesgade today. It took max 5 mins for them to be done, which I'm unsure of is positive or not - at least I've never tried it to be this quick before. It starts with them just taking the car keys out of my hand, speeding down the road to return and do the bilsyn. We we're two guys who came at the same time, and both of us we're chocked. The other guy jokingly said "I hope they come back with my car". Also, I can't recommend you to ask them any questions regarding the car, if you do you will be met with an extreme arrogance "Do you have youtube on your phone?" Is one of the responses you might get. Thanks. "Bedste bilsyn for 7 years" - I'm betting it isn't customers voting, because those guys didn't give 2 f*cks about any of us in there. Be better Applus, seriously dissapointing.

Good service, bad customer service & apps

I have no objection to the inspector's job, I was always happy with how they did it. The communication team and client support perhaps should perform way better. I was booking the time and advertised Orange Price, going through different inspection places and the time slots, on the phone you do not see the pricing information, which is available on bookings done through the computer. So I was really surprised to pay 40% higher price. When communicating the problem to the customer support, as booking through the phone does not provide me the same information, the answer was without agreeing as there is a problem in informing the customer with the final price.

Næstved: Professional service, on time and on budget. Welcoming mechanics, will give you professional tips about keeping your car in tiptop shape.
The client waiting area could be better insulated, and the chairs are quite uncomfortable.

Big money making machine

Big money making machine. Gone for bilsyn last week. My position light was not working and stabilisator rubber was damage and i have spare bulb also in my car, They have time to write report in system but not to change bulb on spot. Due to lack of tools i can't change bulb. Applus has to solve small issues same time not to tell customer and earn extra money. Only mind is set for OMSYN. Paid 399 DKK for bilsyn and again 279 DKK for omsyn. Total 678 DKK for only 10-15 mins without solving small issues same time. Just think about customer it take around 6-7 hours to earn same money which you take in 10-15 mins. I will never recommend Applus Skanderborg to anybody.

Nobody should go to the office in…

Nobody should go to the office in Nørresundby. Everything was ok with the car, and because the Syn it was for free from Falck, they found some superficial rust on some of the brake pipes, after one hour i have cleaned them with wire brush and black spray, then i needed to pay 350kr because only the first time from Falck is for free.
I can call this only unprofessional and cheeting!!!

Falck system allows us only payment for one inspection per. year, a possible 2 inspection cannot be paid, through your Falck subscription, if you have paid the first inspection via your Falck subscription.
