this company present as a government agency and charges for a free service. They have no contact number their live chat is not live at all and have a very unethical service. Shame on you for being so unethical.
Please never use this company, ONLY go directly through the Australian Business Register, through the Australian Government website. ABN's are free in Australia (which I did not know at the time), so do not use this third party company that charge you and do not deliver. I ended up going directly to the ABR after applying through here and got my ABN on the spot. This company made it too difficult. They are very difficult to deal with and actually add to the process of applying for an ABN. They also charge you $71.50 for what should be free and their staff are not easy to deal with. You still need to go through the ABR portal, so go directly to the ABR for free!
