I wish I could give them -100 stars. I strongly advise people to be cautious before using this application service. Based on my experience, the company lacks professionalism, transparency, and accountability.
I purchased one of their plans, which promised 30 job applications per day. However, throughout the service period, they never provided proper transparency regarding:
Which jobs they applied to
The links to those job postings
The actual number of applications submitted
Near the end of my service period, when I finally gained access to their dashboard, I discovered that only 73 applications had been submitted over 15 days. This was far below what was promised in the plan I paid for.
Another major concern is that the team appears to have very limited understanding of the U.S. job market and hiring process. They operate remotely from India, yet they present themselves as experts in U.S. job applications. In my experience, they lacked proper systems, organization, and professionalism despite charging significant fees for their services.
I also had an unpleasant experience with the owner, Dilip. I found his communication style aggressive and unprofessional. At one point, when I specifically requested help with visa-sponsored opportunities, I was given inappropriate advice that I was not comfortable with. Instead of providing genuine career guidance, the focus often seemed to be on making money rather than delivering quality service.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would recommend that job seekers carefully research before spending money on such services. Transparency, professionalism, and ethical guidance are extremely important when trusting someone with your career search.
