The insurer (Rebeka) I spoke with is very experience and willing to guide you thru the process, this is honestly the best communication I have had with sales reps. to say she knows her job is an understatement, she's a genius. I had been to many service provider. I found this best as their staff helped me to make correct decision, explained me all features of policy. This has helped me a lot. In fact my monthly premium has reduced to more than 30% aginst my own selection.

I was on the phone for just over an hour with a lady called Penny Simons and she was fab. She listened to all the information I had found out already and then gave me a detailed analysis of the product's available. She then went through the application and used appropriate humour which helped with the process. When asking about details of my family's health she was incredibly sensitive,kind and professional as I have lost a lot of family members through illness. I would highly recommend this company but particularly Penny. Thank you :)

Penny managed seamlessly to combine the legal requirements, the necessary information and the proposal form with clarity, precision and humour.

Her attitude was excellent and I would recommend the company without hesitation in the believe that the same high standard of staffing runs throughout the company.

I received an immediate friendly response to the on line application, the call lasted about 15 mins, a few personal questions were required but all in all I am totally satisfied with the product I'd chosen and have the cover I needed, would recommend without hesitation.
