Taxi drop us far from our destination

On April 24 we wanted to take a train from Verona Porta Vescovo. Although our hotel is only 18 minutes away from the train station, we first time used AppTaxi to book a taxi. The driver came shortly and dropped us off at a street market indicating we need to take a short walk to the train station. In fact, there is no nearby train station at all. We had to walk 15 minutes get to Verona Porta Vescovo and almost missed the train. It was a horrible experience for foreign travelers. Later I sent comments to the company resulted in no response. They also deleted my order history in the app. Do not use this app!!!
