Ordered my gloves to Italy were delivered to my billing address in Denmark. Tried to contact customer service, by email and on facebook, weeks went by with no answer so I had a friend in copenhagen pick up the package because the item was about to be sent back and moral of the story I won't end up using the gloves i bought and was excited to wear during my season here in Italy because of terrible customer service.
Sadly they sent me the wrong gloves, the packages come in very slowly (even though it’s the same country) and they are asking me a review when I haven’t even received the replacements!!!
These gloves are renowned the world over (USA, really) among ski bums because they are cheap, reasonably warm and long lasting. I can confirm this. However, beware of the size: they run huge. After buying a pair which was like a goalkeeper’s and unusable, I went down two sizes and these are now perfect. Be careful, even the recommended size may be too big. Otherwise, excellent gloves.
