We too were ripped off by these scammers - ordered £55-worth of Lego at the end of November which has never materialised and there is no way to contact the so-called company. Currently trying to claim a refund through our bank, but I suspect we may just be out of pocket. Avoid these utter scumbags at all costs!

Scam alert

Took my money for Lego friends. Item never arrived. No confirmation email no response to any calls or emails when chased. Complete scam of a site. Has been reported. Disgusting people

Ordered Lego off this site and when I did not get a email rang the number but no answer. As I gave permission for them to take the money have to wait 30 days so cannot start trying to get my money back until end of December then been told is a six week wait for claim to go through. Reported them to Action Fraud and citizen advise fraud probably get away with it but I have tried to my best to stop it happening to someone else. To add insult to injury just been scammed by another company web site looked so professional so my fight begins to get the money back!

Ordered £172 Lego, this site came up in Google search. There is an Apricot penguin in U.K. a fashion retailer, but this isn’t same firm.
As soon as I realised it was a con ( no reply to tel no) I contacted my bank, payment was pending , but bank wouldn’t stop it! Now I’ve to go through the rigmarole of claiming of Debit Card / Bank. Luckily this year I’ve funds to replace some of Items ordered. Had it been any other year I’d of struggled to replace the toys & my son would of had no Xmas presents.
Strange how a race that believes so strongly in Karma commit so much fraud!

This website is a scam. I ordered a toy for my daughter's Christmas last week: my money has been taken, no confirmation email, no way of contacting the company and the website has now been removed. I feel so foolish to have fallen for this

This is a scam! My bank have thankfully refunded my cash but they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

AVOID it is FRAUD
They will take your money and send you nothing.
They are using their other victims telephone numbers and home addresses across their websites. They are using the same email address

Report to action fraud police, trading standards and your bank immediately if you are a victim.
