I had personal account before and now bussenes one. 2 years in total. I had never problems and support pick up my calls in case. I read the rewies and I don't get it. I guess they use cashplus for risky transaction and they blame cashplus after they loose money.

My facebook account was hacked and friends asked to send money to a bank account in my name with this bank. I have not opened an account with this bank so it is dreadful that they have let a fraudulent account be set up in my name so that it can be used to take money off innocent people.
Single mother nurse with 6 children cash plus refuse to help after me beaging them overs and over again
We are in a national emergency at the moment I am a key worker a Nurse I have 6 children and a single mother and cash plus think it's OK not to give me access to my tax credits and child benifit my childrens my money was due in last Wednesday its didn't go in I was told on the phone they are shouting my account no reason I have 60 days and I was told my payments be sent back after a week I want even told it was closing in first place I told them my situation they didn't care that was it looked at my account the next night and all the payments were in I coild use my card but transfer I wanted it all night I wasn't told again thats the moeny was in they told me it be sent back friday went use my card and they had a blocked my card and account this time wasn't told again and the reason is a joke I sold a games console on face book one payment of 120 pound and they wanted proof its a bloody games console on Facebook really they don't give you recipcts and the thing they wanted I told the payments team this and since Friday not hered one thing from them I've phoned messaged but the same lies I can't dissgus transaction the relevend team will contact you it's all lies I've practically besged to realise my money I need it to get food for my children but the care my child benefit payment was due in Monday I've had that either and I was told on the phone last Wednesday that Payment was the only payment I could have as its my childrens momey and I still can't get that and the best thing is the payment they blocked my account for has returned the the person who sent it but I can't do it now it looks like to the person who changed there mind about buying it I'm trying to keep the money when cahs plus won't return it I've besged and besged for my money and they don't want to know I've put 2 different compliamts in they haven't looked at either I've not slept or eaten Probaly simcw last friday worryed how am I going to feed my children becusee all my moeny for the month went in last week and they know this they know where payments come from I've got to work in a hospital look after sick people and Im worried sick about how I'm going to get to work pay my bills and feed my kids when this company who are liers the crooks don't ever put any pay benefits into three accounts you be sorry

I have never had any problems and I've banked with them for over 5 years , unlike other banks they charge you a one of fee then you don't pay any other transaction fees after that, i always been able to contact them they are supported by the NATWEST
i chose to use the online service because its less risk we only take BACS payments banked with them over 5 years never any issues

APS Financial are the trading name of Cashplus, a banking operation that are not currently licenced as a UK bank as of writing this and I for one would hope it remains that way. But why do you say this Mr Allen? - Well....
In the summer of 2019 it was found that a limited company account had been opened with them without my knowledge and that a decent sum of money had found it's way into it. Money which would allow a business to trade, pay their tax obligations to the HMRC and also maybe have a little left over for a nice cake or something at the end of the financial year.
Now when we told Cashplus about this they advised it could be a criminal offence and that first it should be reported, a crime number obtained and it would go from there. So a hour later they had a crime number, the account was frozen and this whole saga could easily be sorted out - or so I though, unfortunately you can't legislate for common sense with Cashplus.
Months of me losing my mind at them on the phone to their front call centre got nowhere. You see I wasn't named on the account despite it being a limited company account. Now they were taking their lead from companies house information that is public domain. Well if someone was at the peak of Everest with an internet connection they would be able to see that I was a director of the company and had been since inception. Something would surely not smell right but maybe they just get people randomly calling up losing their rag at them for pure giggles.
We come to the end of the year and we had gone through the correct procedures to take control of the company, at that point they started to open up their ears but even then we had to get firm with them as apparently photo ID, passport and a confirmation from the accountant wasn't enough.
They were joyous in their announcement that they could put my name on the account at last - at which point I was told the glorious news that the account had been emptied a month earlier which was quite curious as the account had been frozen.
It was at that point that they thought this was a perfectly acceptable thing today and would hear nothing of the slightly questionable actions. So with the financial onbudsman having at least an 18-month handling time - I got a solicitor and still they failed to address the legal points put to them or clarify their terms and conditions. So you are then faced with dragging this hell out for another couple of years at your expense or trying to salvage something. The business is out of pocket, I am out of pocket and yet this company still profess to be wonderful at security, they'll tell you how great they are - just ask them.
Needless to say I am writing to this in the hope that some people read it and think twice before entrusting a single penny to the safekeeping of Cashplus.

This company shut down my business and cost me THOUSANDS of pounds after their app stopped working and locked me out of my account. No one in their customer services were willing to help. The only option to send a letter by post (in 2020....) which takes 10 days for a reply. I asked for a name of someone I could complain to. I was told I could not have that information.
It's a scam and they currently have £40,000 of my money. I have complained to the financial ombudsman.

I made a payment to them from my first direct account it came back back unsuccessful. so i tried again, still unsuccessful, i called first direct who assured me both payments had gone through to APS, they said it it had been authorized and released, they even told me to tell APS to check the authoization payment centre, APS/CASHPLUS still denied it, on the phone i was laughed at by thier customer service, their resolutions man Ged was rude and arrogant, and would not read back my complaint, They are the worst company in the world, utterly unprofessional, i wouldnt trust them anything, If you read all the complaints about them on social media im surprised they have still been allowed to operate, No help, no customer service, the higher the person you speak to, the more arrogant and rude they are, they thin they are untouchable
Cashplus have ruined my credit score by…
Cashplus have ruined my credit score by adding credit builder to there pre paid card. I paid the payment to set up via my debit card, I was contacted 4 months later to say i had 4 missed payments for the "credit builder" Loan (A loan you never receive when getting or closing the account).
To protect my score I paid it off in full on the spot. They have now put 4 missed payments on my credit score that will not be removed until 2022. How can a company say you've missed a payment for a loan you never receive for one and two, why did it take 4 months to get in touch. I am unable to obtain a mortgage due to it, or any other finance for that matter with a reasonable APR rate. The member of staff I asked to help me was a rude, obnoxious and antagonised me for over 40 mins repeating the same thing saying its my fault and we can't help, I will be taking this further with the FCA but no doubt somewhere in there shady T&C'S there back will be covered. Only rated one because i can't rate 0 ....... Avoid at all costs. Also a word of note if you want a business account with them be ready to wait up to 24 hours to transfer any money to and from there accounts.

Cash plus went offline with technical issues last Thursday. My card has been unusable since, I can’t log into my account to check anything and it doesn’t accept my pin etc in an atm just spits my card back out.
Despite having called them numerous times to address the issue I keep being told there is nothing wrong. Well there is clearly because I can’t log in to check anything!
Cash plus are passing the book, even asked if I’d blocked my own account whilst I’m stranded on “holiday” in America.
Customer service is a total joke, and it’s pot luck on what info each rep gives you about your own account.
It’s been 2 weeks and counting. Called again this morning and they have tried to pass the book again by saying it’s a PayPal issue even though the card isn’t linked to PayPal. PayPal was just another random company to blame.
Iv been on the phone to the last location I used my card because I was first told it was a fraudulent transaction now there is no mention of that. I had to tell them about that even though they on the first call said it was more than likely the issue. However the more I look into this the more I agree that cash plus is a bogus company working off the backs of other merchants good name.
Still no update and as far as logging into my account they say I should be able to but I clearly still can’t after confirming all my log in details are correct too. No response to tweets or emails either!
I have not been able to use a card I specifically ordered to use in America which is not just unhelpful it’s left me in a position where I am stranded with nothing on my own without accommodation in the winter in a country I’m unfamiliar with!

Just got off the phone with cash plus to confirm that someone is looking into my issues and I was told notes had been left on the system for someone to look into however apparently they couldn’t view the notes like they have been able to on every other occasion. I was told my issue had been sent to a different department I couldn’t call myself but they could put me through to. When I asked what the department was called I was answered three times with “back office” which sounds extremely professional....NOT!

Was told on the 09/02/2018 (Friday) that despite 3 weeks of contact with cash plus/ aps financial asking them to address my issue it’s finally been passed to there fraud department. I was told that it would take a maximum of 48 business hours to recieve a response from them....almost 62 business hours later and I’m still waiting...in a forigen country with no cash or accommodation. When I call for an update to the department I was told was handling my claim “back office” which I was originally told was open between the uk business hours of 9-6 are apparently now open 9-5 and are still handling my claim although there are no new notes on the system. I have raised a complaint with the company master card to alert them of there misleading information about who is acutually responsible with master card being the company they tried to put the blame on first and i have also raised a complaint with the industry regulator SFO as I believe that it is the company cash plus/ aps financial themselves as a company that is fraudulent and not the activity on my account that I haven’t been able to use.
The reviews for this company (cash plus/aps financial) have also raised big concerns going from under 2* yesterday to over 3* in the space of 24 hours which upon reading them look like fake reviews. This has also been reported to trust pilot themselves to look into as this seems like a big increase overnight with reviews looking like they are written and worded from people they may have connections to. A lot of the reviews have also been reported by cash plus themselves suggesting that the people writing the bad reviews don’t hold cash plus accounts, however the issues raised by the customers are surprisingly similar issues and I was told myself on many calls I don’t have an account and it is master card’s issue when I clearly have a cash plus account.

Called cash plus again this morning, all week whilst waiting for an update from the relavent department “back office” I have been told they open and can transfer my call between 9-6, then 9-5, today apparently they work 9-2. When I asked for the name of the department that they were referring to as “back office” I was told that they would give me there name when they put me through, do they even know the name...have they even got a back office? Am I ever going to get my money back!
During the call I also heard in the background one of the other agents confirming someone’s security details so they aren’t even actively trying to keep customers details secure and they’re wondering why I can’t log into my own account and why there seems to be fraudulent activity!
I have also contacted the agents from this particular review page as cash plus have changed there name from “cash plus” to “my cash plus” to boost there ratings and I was told that they shouldn’t be able to change there user name so this is also being looked into as in my opinion the good rating has more than likely come from people connected to the company to boost there ratings!

Really poor processes
So... their forms don't work, then their email addresses bounce, they hold on to your money going into you account (which is fine, but can really mess with cashflow if you're not prepared for this). They take 48 hours to respond to an email... which when you can't pay your team, is not ideal at all.
