Useless company not interested in their customers.

This is the company that supplies and services Pioneer, Onkyo, Integra, Teac and Esoteric equipment in Europe.
Completely useless company, I have been fighting with them and their "approved" service provider in the UK for over 8 months!!! They took my high end AV receiver for warranty repair and 9 months later I am still with no equipment! They offered me an inferior replacement product and when I refused, they are basically ignoring me.
I have requested that they provide their official complaints and escalation procedure/form but they didn't provide one.
I can only assume they don't have one, which means they are not ISO9001 certified, so they are a joke of a company.
Next step is legal action as currently I am out of pocket with no equipment :(
USELESS! AVOID!!!!
