Aquacool were so helpful throughout the process of selecting the best water cooler for our community gym. David was super quick at responding and helping us decide on the most suitable product. Brilliant service received from Aquacool so far. From the point of requesting a quote, to receiving a call to discuss details, to having the bottle cooler installed was very quick indeed. Everyone I've spoken to so far have been both friendly and professional. Would not hesitate in advising other companies to sign up ... especially if like myself, it meant moving Culligan aside!

We switched to Aquacool for hot water boilers, plumbed-in water cooler and bottled water cooler at our sites. The service from the start of the process has been very good, and the installation went smoothly. The few teething problems we experienced were quickly resolved, and we benefited from being able to speak directly to individuals in the relevant departments; good communication was not a feature with our previous suppliers.

After submitting the initial enquiry, Aquacool acted really fast at surveying the site and installing the equipment. They listened to our concerns before making practical suggestions that worked.

We queried the after sales process, but this was resolved quite fast. Having a reliable supply of drinkable water is a big hit.
