The park is not made for this many people

The park is not made for this many people. There are not enough lockers and we spent hours in queue on burning hot ground. One of us got a second degree burn under his feet. We had to wear shoes, and my son’s flip flops were stolen.

Day light robbery . Beds being stolen left right and centre… toilets spotless.. food extorsion!! The staff that work there work hard and do there best but extremely understaffed… food absolutely disgusting my chicken burger was still frozen he offered to replace it but I asked for my 17.50 back I paid for my chicken burger .. look all over absolutel shambles’s. The worst water park ever

The worst water park ever. No staff, no signs to guide you. You want to pay for sunbeds (not enough space, very limited for the amount of people) and they are not available, people take them without paying. Long lines to get in, then another line to get the fast track bracelet, no lockers. No control in the attractions, it's all left at people own beliefs on what is good or not to do. This establishment should be shut down.

Diabolical

Took my 10yr old daughter here as she loves going to waterparks when we go on holiday. My advice is to avoid going anywhere near here. We booked online and headed up early, when we got there, there was an extremely large queue and standing in very hot temperatures with no shade for over an hour and half I think is wrong. Once in the park it was a free for all to get a sun lounger and a locker paid for. Eventually we got this sorted and went off to queue for the slides. There isn't much shade to stand under out of the sun. We queued for 2 plus hours to get a rubber ring to go on a slide. Finally got a ring only to queue up again to get on the slide in the end we didn't get down the slide as standing for over 2 hours with no shade in hot conditions felt we were wasting anytime we had in the park. We didn't book fast pass but that didn't matter as all the fast pass people were standing in extreme heat and queues aswell. The ground expectedly was boiling hot you have to walk around with your sliders but then you can't wear the going down the slides (we only got going down 1) so it's a shuffle to get back up to the top of the queue for your sliders again. Some of the staff seemed rude. We did pay for lunch. €17.80 for one meal. Most people including ourselves spent our time in the wave pool which got very packed as ypu can imagine people want to cool down. I find paying over €80 just yo get into the park and only on one slide is extreme. 1 restaurant also open to cater for the hundreds of adults and children that attended. I will say the grounds were clean but the toilets were a little smelly.
Avoid this park, unless you want to be robbed of money, burned with the sun and are willing to wait in very long queues.

Absolute horrendous experience

Absolute horrendous experience. Paid 122 for friends pass for my family ( as over 11s count as an adult) which was an online discount. When there, I asked about fast passes to be told it was another £160. So couldn't afford it. So spent the next two and half hours queuing up for 2 x 30 second rides as the fast passes walked past us. First you queue to pick up a ring and then queue again for the slide. So if you aren't prepared to spend £282 for family of 4 (plus extras of parking, locker, sunbed, extortionately priced poor food etc) there is absolutely no point going. Went on a Monday as I thought it wouldn't be as busy. Obviously wasn't the case. I believe you used to be able to rent rings for a lot less so they could be shared between kids etc. But obviously more and more people have done this in the past and they've switched to fast pass and kept increasing the price as long as better off people are prepared to pay it. Can't fault their business plan as obviously its making them loads of money but from a not so well off person's point of view its awful. We didnt get to try half the rides in the park as gave up trying for tube based slides after the first 2 and half hours wasted.
Love water parks. Absolutely hated this place

Aqualand Torremolinos Accident Consequences

Update on our Sons accident at Aqualand Torremolinos….. please be careful. We have returned back to the UK 1 week and our son has had 4 appointments with dentist and the orthodontist. Another 3 appointments to follow over the next few weeks. To cut a long story short he will need at least 4 junior crowns, moving into adulthood 4 adult crowns or 4 x implants £10,000. I would not wish any family to go through the trauma we have suffered and our son 15yrs is still going to have to go through for months and years to come. Witnesses are now stating they are seeing Hurricane Slide number 2 have more people shoot to the end of the slide almost hitting it. This in the UK under The Health & Safety Act would be classed as a near miss. Unfortunately my son felt the full force on his face and was knocked unconscious please be careful and I would avoid this slide at all costs until the stopping distance has been investigated and hopefully made longer 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Take care

Absolutely dreadful water park

Absolutely dreadful water park. The rides are great, but that is only if you get to actually go on them. We paid €110 for a family of 4 to access the park. Okay, no problem there. However, once we were in the park, that is where they get you every which way they can. The selection of the rides was fantastic, however our first hour was spent queing for ONE ride. We then spent another hour queing for the second ride. The queue times were ridiculous, and this is because they have "Fast Pass" which means people with Fast Pass go on before you do. Well again, that's fine as they have paid a little more for the Pass but when they let more Fast Pass riders on before standard riders, it creates a bottle neck in the standard queue. The longest we queued for a 30 second flume ride was 1hr 15min. That's mental. It's not Disneyland!! 1hr 15min queue for a 30 second flume ride is absolutely not worth it at all. We decided that to get the best experience of the park we need this Fast Pass, so we went to the ticket office only to be told that it costs €43 PER PERSON for a Fast Pass ON TOP of the €110 we have already spent getting into the park!?!?! So you want nearly €300 for a family of 4 in a water park!?!?! Absolutely disgusting, and nothing but GREED. The other thing to add to even prove it is all about money for them was the fact that the main restaurant in the middle of the park have screens up to show food and drink prices. The little huts outside that also did the same food and drink were more expensive than the main restaurant for the same food/beverages!! How do you work that one out? We have been to other water parks whilst on holiday and have never experienced queing times like this on anything. Get rid of the Fast Pass completely, standardise all costs for food and drink across the park and you may have a better Google Review rating than 3.4/5. Right now your company are seen as unethical, exploitative, and clearly profit-driven. Clearly disregarding ethical standards and legal regulations in pure pursuit of maximising your own financial gain.

Felt thoroughly conned.

Similar story to the others I'm afraid. I booked a family pack, €83 for 2 adults and 2 kids assuming that's all I needed. Arrived only to be met with €5 for parking, €5 per sunbed, and additional extras if needed.

If you want to avoid queues somewhat, then you need to buy 'fast track' at an additional €20 per person! So, what you think is almost reasonable suddenly more than doubles the price! We did not bother with fast track, already feeling conned. The kids managed to enjoy themselves as there was one slide they could go up and down on quite swiftly (adults not allowed!).

The one ride I tried had me queuing in the wrong queue, so had to join a new one. When I finally got to the top of the slide, I was met with yet another queue where people were sitting in their dingies waiting. As this looked like another 45-minute wait, I gave up, went back to my sun bed and read for 6 hours whilst the kids enjoyed what they could.

What's more irritating is they seem to only let one or two down at a time on four slides. It's bonkers.

We were planning on coming back the next day. Cancelled. Will not be returning.

DO NOT GO!

I had one of the worst experiences with my family. The owners have oversold tickets, and it's over the parks capacity. It took over an hour and a half to queue up for each ride. There wasn't any information on waiting times nor clear signs of height restrictions at the start of the queues. The staff were rude and incompetent. They also allowed their friends to skip queues and move ahead of people. I stayed for one ride and left due to the kids developing a headache caused by the ridiculous and chaotic queues. When I complained to customer service and asked for a refund, I was told its against their policy. This is just a money-making park, and they're only on business to milk money out of families. They have no intention to address my awful experience nor refund the extortionate fees they charged for false promises. DO NOT waste your money. Go to the beach.

Torremolinos - 16&13 year old had a great time!

Visited today, 2 adults and our 2 kids (16 & 13) we got the 4 adult pass, plus 2 FastPasses for the kids. Noticed the FastPasses can vary in price depending on the day, so worth checking in advance.
Parking €2.
Really good day. We didn’t pay for sun beds, but found a grassy area with wooden parasols to make our base.
Our kids went off and had a great time, visiting back after an hour, with their update on the slides.
We took food with us, and bought cold drinks there as it was mega hot. The drinks
were pricey, but they always are in these places, so not too bothered.
The staff were really on the ball keeping an eye on everyone. Saw a chap a bit out of his depth momentarily and the lifeguard was in like a shot.
Overall a great day, the teenagers approved, so highly recommend, and FastPasses well worth the cost.

Overall

Overall, it’s a great waterpark to go to if you’re in the area. However, be prepared to take €50 on top of what you have planned as everything will cost extra such as the lockers (€7). The sun lounges cost €5 euros each so instead you should take the yellow tags off of other people’s sunbeds once they have left to avoid the cost. I wouldn’t even bother with the food, just take your own. Staff friendly from my experience.
Most of the rides were pretty fun and safe however be wary of a couple of the single slides as I got stuck in a couple of them. (Im 5 8 and weigh 63KG so not fat)

Overall it’s a great day out venture just be prepared to pay the big bucks.

Absolutely awful place to go

Absolutely awful place to go. Please don’t go, it’s an absolute robbery, in the middle of no where costs about £35 for a taxi from Puerto Rico,

Then once inside a fat fella bounced over & billed us for the sun beds, like come on? We are paying £35 already for tickets to enter why are we paying to use sun loungers!

Food is mediocre, but the price so crazy £27 for pizza and chips! The whole place is a money trap!

Stay away if you don’t want to be robbed & I can I mention the staff are so rude, will not be returning

Long queuees, and everything is extra

After you pay the entrance, you still have to pay 7 EUR for seats, and the queues were 10-20 minutes for the popular rides, or an extra 28 EUR for a "skip the line" ticket which annoys some guests that they even exist, and still with fast pass there were queues...
It took 45 minutes to get the prepaid soft drinks, and all 4 colas was not fizzy.
Fun rides when you are on them

The pirates robbed me

my rating is for Aqualand Maspalomas Gran Canaria. The park is themed Pirates of the Caribe and if you understand how a pirate works, you can be happy here.
The first impression is that I have to pay 5 euros for parking. Then at the door (online tickets on the same day are not valid !!!) - 2 adults and 2 children aged 10+. Admission costs 35+35+25 = 120 euros The first attack of the pirates. inside . The lockers 2 euros next 8 euros are gone. 4 sunbeds 20 euros are gone (4x 5 euros) . let me count. Before I jump into any pool we have paid 5+120+8+20 = 153 euros. Well the pools and slides are all in good condition here I give 5 stars. But for 153 euros I expect this quality. Now we need lunch. O-M-G the biggest attack of the pirates on my pocket. Very low quality food hot dog, fries low quality bulk , hamburger and chicken nuggets. everything looks like frozen food and quickly prepared. none was tasty next 100 euros gone. what can I say. The only luck. it was a day with few visitors. we had a lot of fun with the water slides and the wave pool. My advice to the management. When the cost here will be less, we will give much more stars because the park is nice, but not if i pay 253 Euro for one nice day in this aqualand. if it is crowdy the people go angry with this amount. Taurito waterpark 20 min by car cost me the half of the money incl the food
