Clueless DO NOT USE their info is poor at best, thier knowledge is even worse and don't know what they are talking about just want to get money out of you wont fill brand new cylinders with the correct up to date markings as havent been bought from them and want you to pay them to do tests when not needed and also dont understand what is covered under CE on rebreathers,
It took them a whole week to tell me the fins I ordered were out of stock and still several days later the item was still showing as available. I wasted a week and have missed an important birthday gift because of their inaccurate online stock control. I also emailed them and got no response - very poor!
told my bottle could only be tested for 2.5 years when is should be 5 years, was quoted £32.00 and then charged £52.50. will not be returning !
I just ordered a new octopus from Aqualogistics and the service was excellent - really good communication and a great price. Definitely will shop here again.
So, i needed my air bottle for my airgun hydrostatically testing. I phoned up, had a quick chat and off i set to Stockport.
They took my bottle and then offered to lend me one of their spares as the test can take a week or two and as i write this, its the day before good Friday so they would have been shut until next week.
I cannot recomend them highly enough. Excellent customer service. Well done Aqualogistics and thank you!!!
