I don't usually leave reviews. But I live alone and had a question about my new shower cubicle.. I was told by the shop to contact Aqualux directly and was a little nervous being a woman in a DIY situation as I've been treated like I'm stupid in the past by people(men in all cases of I'm honest) .. I got through to a man called Richard...BUT he was absolutely fantastic.. he took the time to understand my issue and put me in touch with the relevant person and I got the whole thing cleared up perfectly... A really uplifting experience.. So thank you Richard and team.. Great service

I received a damaged shower enclosure door and after sending some photos of the damaged door to Aqualux I received a phone call from them literally within 5 minutes of sending them the email,Richard Hunt then organised a replacement door to be sent to my address straight away,excellent service and I would highly recommend them,

Bought an Aqualux Edge8 from screwfix .. build quality was great for the price and the 40mm adjustment to allow for wonky walls was a life saver.. I thought there was a part missing so was advised to contacted Aqualux direct... and spoke to Richard who was really professional. Helpful and had a great sense of humor... and In fact nothing was missing .. it was my mistake.. so refreshing to have PROPER 5 star customer service..

Brilliant help from Richard in immediately identifying replacement part and arranging order. Very impressive.

Apart from needing 2 people to fit it all went well although the instructions could be better, perhaps a video would help.
Only real downside is the inside square door handle. The edges are sharp & can hurt if you bend down & catch your head. Suggest a different handle for safety reasons.

A shower enclosure I ordered arrived with a hinge cover missing from the pack so I contacted Aqualux Customer Services. Shawni replied to my e mail really quickly , checked the replacement part was correct and dispatched it within 24 hours of my notifying the problem. Cant fault that, excellent service

I had the need to order a spare part for my pivot hinge shower door and Shawni was excellent, quick to respond and ensure I was ordering the right part. First class service. I just need to fit it now!

Richard was a star. Great advice and help today and sent me the installation instructions so I could determine whether the product would fit. If only other customer services were as helpful and knowledgeable, my world would be much easier!

Aqualux staff are above and beyond, tried to source replacement door seals but due to many variations was unsure.

I had to return an item due to cancellation of a project and albeit the request was a day or so outside of the 30 day return policy not only did Aqualux in light of the circumstances agree to accept the return of the product in particular Saskia in their customer services was excellent in liaising, updating and arranging collection. So often companies are let down on their after sales but not here, wish all were as good as this, many thanks again Saskia

We bought a shower enclosure but unfortunately some of the spare parts weren’t in the box. I spoke to Saskia at Aqualux who gave really great customer service - I was particularly worried as we had tight deadlines before family were due to arrive and needed to use the shower. Saskia went above and beyond to help us - and we got the parts really quickly. In a moment of potential stress she was great! Thanks again!!

I received an aqualux shower enclosure unfortunately a panel was damaged. I contacted aqualux and the problem was solved quickly, professionally and efficiently by Saskia. I can totally say my experience with this company has been 5 star throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Purchased an Aqualux 8mm pivoting shower screen. excellent service had a slight problem with a broken seal which they replaced free of charge and no quibble, Highly recommend

I was uncertain if part of my delivery was the correct fit for my shower. I made a quick call to Aqualux who promptly responded. Shawni, after making a few checks assured me, correctly, that I had received the right part. Shawni and the team are always a delight to deal with.

The enclosure arrived quickly and was well packed so no damage. a really nice shower enclosure was easy to fit. Feels quite strong compared to some of the others I have fitted.

Could not be more pleased with the help I received from Richard Hunt in pursuit of folding bath shower screen. I did not want the standard chrome finish but a white frame to match the bath. He also sent me a drawing to check that the measurements would fit. That’s what you call service - Top guy doing a great job.

Owners of websites Ironmongery & More as well as Showers & More. This company are quick to take your money and fail to provide the products. Countless claims that items have been dispatch but nothing turns up. Customer service is non existent, basically just thieves.

Great service from Richard at Aqualux. Emailed to enquire about a spare part for an old shower door. He replied really quickly and although the part was discontinued he gave me a link to a website that l could potentially buy the part which l did. Was very impressed, thanks Richard.

I was looking for replacement seals for a shower.I did not have the relevant part numbers.I contacted Aqualux who informed me where the shower type number was located on the glass.With this info they were able to give me list of parts I needed to order.The 3 e-mails I sent were all answered within hours.I have now ordered all parts.Very quick, job done thanks to the Aqualux team.Many thanks jim.
