I had originally contacted Wickes to help resolve a problem with a shower enclosure, whilst polite, they basically told me they couldn't help and sent the details of Aqualux to me. I spoke to a gentleman called Richard Hunt and he has restored my faith in customer service. He was polite, helpful and very quickly helped me identify the exact spare parts that I need to replace.......excellent customer service!

We needed just a small snap cap as one of the ones we had would not fit, I enquired from the firm themselves with proof of purchase and promptly received a reply saying items are being sent out. Extremely courteous response which was very helpful. Their customer service deserves a 👏 thank you.

Ordering something that you are not sure of on line can be very daunting. I asked for a call back to explain and Richard was prompt, polite, professional and very patient. This was a huge relief and was able to order the right part for my shower door. Really appreciated Richard.

Richard replied really quickly to my original customer service enquiry and efficiently, kindly and helpfully pointed me in exactly the right direction to solve my parts requirement same day. Brilliant! Just how internet enquiries should be dealt with.

I cannot praise the Customer Services of Aqualux enough, specially Richard. After contacting them by email regarding a fault in our Bi Fold shower door, Richard rang me within a couple of hours, and helped us sort the problem out straight away. It has been like a breath of fresh air dealing with this company when most of the time companies don't seem to care, thank you Aqualux

Needed to replace a very small part of a shower screen that must have been damaged in transit from a supplier. Aqualux customer service were on to it straight away for me,no problem.

The top pivot hinge on our over-bath shower screen snapped so we were looking for a replacement part. A quick email to Aqualux, a very speedy response within the hour, and we'd found the part we needed. Huge thank you to Aqualux for helping us replace a 7-year old part and saving us from having to fork out for a whole new screen! Amazing customer service, really helpful and very fast response. Great customer service from Richard. Has kept me updated throughout the process of getting a cracked shower tray replaced. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I just wanted to confirm that all materials on the order was received and turned up exactly when the team told me it would.

Each item was wrapped with protection and the courier assisted in off loading the materials. I would add the courier was courteous and very helpful and took it upon himself to transport the materials into my property.

I'd also like to point out that Hanna was also excellent in rearranging the change in delivery address when I called her. It went very smoothly.

I emailed last night and got a reply to my email earlier this morning. Both team members I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

I phoned to explain a problem concerning my newly purchased Shine Pivot door and side panel. The phone call was answered very quickly and soon I was speaking to a very helpful lady who I think was Faith.
I explained that I thought some seals were missing, she put me on hold briefly whilst she spoke to someone and was soon back to me explaining that she would post a new set of seals ASP at no charge .
I was most impressed by her cheerful helpful manner and very impressed with the Aqualux company.

When the door to our existing shower shattered and I could not find a replacement enclosure, Richard very quickly found what we wanted and had it delivered four days later. Brilliant service, Thanks

Richard in the customer service area was great help and identified the spare part I needed and sent it tome under the warranty. Top Job!

Aqualux replaced my towel rail very quickly after I contacted the showroom where I bought it to let them know it had broken but was under warranty. I was very impressed with the speed of the replacement.

My shower screen door handle had come loose and I was unable to work out how to tighten it as there were no visible screws. I emailed Aqualux for advice and Richard could not have been more helpful, even sending me a photo with instructions. The problem is now fixed and I know what to do if it happens again. I should add that he emailed back the same day and was very polite and friendly - excellent customer service. Thank you.

Over bath shower screen very poor quality. When I complained Richard accused my plumber of fitting the shower screen the wrong way round. I pointed out the two halves are already joined so could not be put on incorrectly and in any event, the side of the bath was different hence his mistake.
The product is unsuitable for households with children, women who don't do bodybuilding or households with old people.
Awful product. Awful customer service.
Update 21/5 - I'm surprised you don't remember this Richard. You seemed rather embarrassed at the time.
