Despite delays, happy customer

I live in South Africa. One of my closest friends, who lives in Luxembourg, gave birth, and I wanted to surprise her with a fresh bouquet of flowers and a small gift. I found Aquarelle through a quick Google search and placed an order. Even though I had some misunderstandings with the courier delivery, Selena from Aquarelle was such a star—she replied to my emails promptly and made sure my friend received her gift. Overall, I’m a happy customer, and I would definitely use Aquarelle’s services again. Thank you for helping me to make my friend smile!!!

DONT BUY IT.

DONT BUY IT.
The Flowers arrived one day later and all roses were withered. No phone or mail to contact them. I bought it with rush and didn’t read the reviews.
Please don’t give money to this thieves.

Flowers arrived bruised and ready to throw out.

Flowers were ordered for the birth of a baby. Address of the hospital was précise. A photo of a pretty bouquet was sent in the morning but no flowers were delivered and no explanation as to why. Numerous emails were sent to the client service and as no delivery was forthcoming even the next day, l asked for a refund. They offered to resend them again at a later date which l accepted. They were delivered today but at least 10 of the roses are ready for the rubbish as they are bruised and brown. They don't look anything like the photo. So disappointed and it's 70 euros thrown out as delivery to Luxembourg was also expensive. Do not trust them !

Order never received. Support useless and liars

I attached the recipient's number and my own to the order. They didn't try contacting either and only emailed me 30 minutes AFTER their official closing time on a Friday, so I could not get in contact with them until Monday... They then assured me that the flowers will be delivered the next day (Tuesday), which also didn't happen. It's currently Wednesday evening and they still haven't gotten back to me and the recipient is still waiting on the, by now most likely dead, flowers. 0/5 stars. Super slow and useless support too.

Avoid this shop

Avoid this shop. They did deliver my order two days late without explanation , the flowers were damaged and they left them in the street , without even ringing , now they only want to reimburse part of the order , a shame! Find other shop so you make sure your loved ones get their gift!

Care ordering flowers

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on Dec 3rd for Dec 6th. I had an email on Dec 6th saying they would be there between 0800-18:00. They just arrived on Dec 9th at 11:48 in poor condition - some birthday gift. I did receive an email at 14:21 today apologising but telling me if I accepted the flowers - which I had - I would only get €11.60 out of €43.10 back. This was bit late as the flowers, which were in poor condition had been opened (else you couldn't see their condition). Surely if the accepted delivery date is missed it should be an apology and full refund? Won't be using them again.

Not worth even that one star

Not worth even that one star. I have ordered a birthday gift to be delivered on Saturday as this is what their service says they do. The gift has not been delivered. When I contacted the customer support I was told that the attempt of delivery was made but nobody was home. Meanwhile I know that the person was at home all day. Nobody tried to call the number provided, neither bothered to contact me. Two days after the original delivery day, the package is delivered only by being put in the main hall where the mailboxes are, again without even bothering to call the recipient. ANYONE COULD STEAL IT!!! Service you pay for but do not receive at all. And their reply is "I'm sorry to hear that your are not satisfied with our services."
Never using Aquarelle.be ever again!

Service is onbestaand. Worst service ever

Bestelling zou zaterdag moeten geleverd worden. Gebeurt niet. Was voor de verjaardag van een overlijden. Zou pas woensdag gebeuren. Tot Katrien van de klantenservice zelf besliste om de bestelling te annuleren niettegenstaande een schriftelijke bevestiging van dit niet te doen! Eén vooraf betaalde bestelling! Geen verontschuldigingen. Integendeel. Ongelofelijk arrogant. Nooit meer
Terrible customer service. Flowers were ordered to commemorate the passing of a loved one. They were to be delivered on Saturday. They were then scheduled for Wednesday until Katrien in customer service single handedly decided to cancel the order although we had confirmed in writing to not cancel the order! This was a prepaid order! No apologies whatsoever. Unbelievable. Never again.

Luckily there are loads of other options available. Don’t t recommend Aquarelle at all!

Delivery are liars, they say that they came but is nor True, I wait 2 days after my packet and nothing!!!

Delivery not received

My mum's birthday was today. So ordered a bouquet for delivery today unfortunately she never received them. I live in England and my mother in Brussels this is a terrible service. There is no one to contact because is a Saturday. Terrible service considering is nearly 10 euros just for delivery. Not happy at all

The bouquet of flowers and chocolates I…

The bouquet of flowers and chocolates I ordered for a birthday gift were not delivered on the day I requested. Aquarelle then insisted that the courier had attempted delivery but they hadn't as the person was in all day, plus I had given a contact number for the recipient but no attempt was made to contact them. The same thing happened two days later. The courier finally showed up 3 days late with a bouquet of dead flowers which the recipient refused. Aquarelle are not being helpful in resolving the issue, nor is communication easy as there is no phone number just a complicated and very slow email to and fro. Avoid.

This is the third time i get screwed by…

This is the third time i get screwed by these guys, late arriving package after 2 days, destroyed package like the last 3 times they compensate with another flowers but the same mistakes (broken package, arriving late and broken flowers that last for 2 more days) i am sick of these people screwing their customers like this. At this point i am so pissed off and angry i will pass buying from their shop. I do not recommend them anymore

The worst service I have ever tried

This is one of the worst service I have ever tried ever in my life.
The flowers were not delivered the day they were supposed to, instead there seemed to be apparent multiple delivery attempts that never succeeded (despite my girlfriend being at home).
But the worst is yet to come.
The order was placed around the 23 of July. Today 18 August the flowers are delivered. Not a new bouquet, but THE SAME ONE of almost a month ago. It seems I cannot post a picture here but you can imagine how bad the flowers got after all this time.
Shameful and disgraceful. Rather than using them don't do a gift, trust me

OMG incredible bad service…The order…

OMG incredible bad service…The order arrived 1 day after…and they told me it was in time🤣🤣🤣???
That the second time I used this company and same problem happened…BY the way my order was a (gouter enfant) and the gift arrived 1 day after a party.
I contacted them by Email and they replied that it was sent in time.????😡
I will never use them at all.
Very, very bad service….they do not take care about the customers.
THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL…..I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Order status

I made a gift order for delivery today, 20 Oct. delivery is not yet made. also status on the website is not updated since morning. it would be good status is updated every 2 hours on the website. so that customer can know when the delivery is made. aquarelle customer

I've been using aquarelle for a while now, for multiple countries, and I could say that I am overall satisfied with the flowers delivered. There were minor incidents, but they didn't spoil the overall quality. One of the previous order was not delivered in time, even though it was indicated they were for the person's birthday and all contacts of recipient were provided for coordination, also delivery date was specifically indicated, as it is and additional service included. The package wasn't delivered and nobody even from the neighbors haven't seen the delivery person. I have reached out to customer service, which even if not as friendly in the beginning, kindly agreed to return my money, which I do appreciate. In the end even the flowers arrived, quite late on the following day, the courier, which claimed that he couldn't deliver since nobody was at home (according to him) just dropped them at the door. I would say that they were very prompt in solving the case and comparing to others that I tried, their flowers look much nicer, maybe delivery could be improved. So I decide to continue using aquarelle and just placed another order for fr.

Bad service, not reliable

Bad service and little apology . I ordered flowers that didn't get delivered on time. No tracking info available. When I contacted the customer service they said Covid had affected the delivery leadtime, which ruined the surprise and was never mentioned as a risk when ordering. It was also pointless as flowers were meant to be delivered on a Saturday. By the Tuesday they still hadn't arrived. Customer service answered promptly but they weren't owning their mistake and I requested a refund. Waiting for it to arrive which would be a consolation but will never order from them again.
