very dissapointing
The delivery was as planned and its great but the actual bouquet itself was so much worse than in the picture. I bought the Collection Ecole du Louvre - Cézanne and on the picture on the site it looked so full and plentiful yet the received bouquet looks dull and empty and the lilies did not smell at all. Not worth 50 euro in total at all.

Late delivery as a result missing the birthday
I ordered for the flowers to be delivered on 7th Jan as it was a birthday gift.
As she still has not received it, I went online to track only to find out that it is planned for delivery today, a day late and missing her birthday altogether.
Very disappointing.

They can not deliver what’s proposed
I recommand a Bonsaï for Portugal for my son. Aquarelle ( Universal Flowers Portugal) informed my Son that there will be a present delivery.
Afterwards they informed me that they could not deliver It so I had to cancel the order. What a pity that they already informed my Son before they knew if they could make It!
Positif is that they returned the money directly, so 2 starts instead of 1
