2 months, and they no longer reply to my emails or calls, and refuse to deliver my stuff or give my money back.
They were very responsive and helpful until I payed, after that, they disappeared. I'm reporting this people to the police.
Don't let them fool you! Go somewhere else.
Bought fish online...
Took some time to get then on stock... as soon they have it, i was contact by them and the fish was delivered next day...
And received an extra email with some sugestions.

Regarding order nr. 68693
I ordered a few aquarium items and didn't hear from the company for a week whereafter I asked to my order status as nothing was to find on the companys own order status internet site and the order had been withdrawn from my Paypal account.
The following day I got the response that if I still wanted to receive my order then I had to send additional postage of €15, as they had made a postage mistake on their internet site.
I complained and asked for a refund, which I received the same day.
This has been a very sad shopping experience. In Denmark this would have been an illegal request after the order was paid for.
I will not recommend this company to anyone, as their price setting can not be trusted.
