DEAD SMELLY FISH TWICE . I Was sent out the wrong fish I asked for my mouny refunded. For all doa. But no thay send out the same wrong fish as replacement . Once again doa .Thay won't refund So iv told them thay can have all the smelly Decomposing fish sent back to them as we kept them in our LARGE chest freezer. We want our money back in full..or we send them back .Thay are rude people. Thay say perfect live fish Guarantee on there WEBB SITE this is simply not Tru . ... Please don't buy from this people there fish are not sent out properly the bags were leaking I have proof.. thay are rude people with no Respect for the fish thay send out one BAG was crushing the other leading to doa and flooded box . PLEASE USE A NOUTHER AQUATIC CENTRE. 🦈🐳🐟🐠

Very good communications from Aquatics to your Door. Lost a few fish quite quickly after delivery and they were absolutely brilliant, understanding the issue and offering to send replacements. The fish are a little small, but in very good condition. Would definitely recommend them!

I ordered some fishes, but none of them looked like the pictures. The snails were different, one shrimp was dead, and they even sent worms. The fish didn't appear healthy; they were not colorful, and their tails were broken. They looked lifeless overall. I would not recommend ordering from them—it's a big scam for fish.

*Edited to Add* I was emailed back by Suzanne on Monday Morning (13th) and she refunded me for the missing goby and the 2 gourami.

My 3rd time ordering with ATYD, previous 2 orders were fine, other than a few substitutions and a DOA.

The order I received yesterday was missing 1 Goby (ordered 4 received 3) I ordered a specific quantity to keep a group.
1 of the 3 albino peppered corydoras was sadly deceased and the other 2 look thin and not great, they also look like standard albinos and not the peppered variation,
1 gourami was severely fin nipped and could barely swim and just laid on the bottom of the tank.

**Edited to add that I've now lost a second gourami, no signs of injury, no obvious illness or tank mate aggression, parameters are all fine (tested with API and NT Labs kits and 0 Ammonia, 0 NitrIte, 10 to 20 Nitrate)**

I sent an email straightaway with photos requesting a refund, understandably over the weekend they are likely shut so possibly won't receive a reply until Monday.
Compared to my previous orders I am quite disappointed in the quality of the fish and the fact that they only sent 3 of the 4 gobies.

Ordering was the easy part as you need £35+ of livestock. It was the very lack of communication that has made me write this review. I’ve never had this much trouble with communication ever when ordering online. Seeing as this was my first time ordering with them, I was expecting that they would have the same level of info to give me. I had no confirmation email, no despatched or out for delivery notifications, I didn’t know who was delivering the fish and didn’t get the acclimation guide like I was supposed to. (Luckily I already know what to do in that regard due to owning fish for years.) I tried to WhatsApp them and I tried calling them on all numbers provided with no response. I am fairly certain that one of my snails I ordered is DOA but from lack of communication and response, as well as both of the different snails that I ordered being in the same bag so I can’t tell which is which, I highly doubt I would have it resolved. I personally will not be going back to this place again.

I was very concerned about ordering online however that quickly faded when I saw how quickly they replied proving their customer service was on point.. following ordering the fish arrived as planned and in amazing health and well packaged - will be ordering from here again and recommending to anyone looking for gorgeous well bred fish/animals

Never had issues with AquaticsToYourDoor my fish have always been top quality apart from one time when I’d lost 4 but they replaced those for me with no problem that was a while ago. All my Cichlids have arrived safely and looking well.

From start to finish such a smooth transaction. Communication was perfect & delivery was better than I could have hoped for. Will definitely use again .

Poor quality fish. Some where dead on arrival in green water. Others had white spot and general poor condition. No response to emails. I provided picture evidence and no response. I won't buy again from here.
