Posting this in hopes that it prevents someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Ordered a CPU water block to be delivered overseas to the US. The part itself was $66, paid $43 for shipping incorrectly assuming that some of that was going towards the customs/tariffs. A few days later, I get notice from DHL that an additional $49 has to be paid, by me, for tariffs.

Emailed them, they essentially told me that I either pay the duty fees or I don't get refunded any of the shipping cost AND also have to pay more to get it shipped back. Paid $160 for something I could've purchased for $110 elsewhere.

Some websites have begun posting a warning that due to inconsistent custom/tariffs fees, they no longer ship overseas to the USA. A learning experience for sure, won't be making the same mistake twice.

I ordered a waterblock that only Aquatuning had, all other online shops were sold out.

The price was still very correct, while they could ask for more since its out of stock everywhere else.

And what im really blown away about: i live in belgium and they shipped from germany.. it only took 1 day! Amazing!

I will for sure order more from this website in the future for my watercooling needs! Thank you Aquatuning!

Aquatuning is among the most reliable and trustworthy IT components online resellers. They have very good prices, a great choice of components, many payment forms and their shipping time is fabulous.
What else to say, they are simply great and very recommended!

Ordered a waterblock to replace a damaged one, said it would take 2-6 weeks to arrive to Australia only took 7 days. End of life product that was hard to find and their price was perfect.

Good to know you are so punctual even to Australia thank you for carrying some new old stock.

They retain my money for weeks for telling me, just when i insist for an ask, we don't ship in your country we refound you in another 7 days
That's is crazy in 2025 and unacceptable, in 2 weeks no answers Vary bad service

It has now been 10 days and counting and I have not recieved my order.
When I ordered, all items in the shop where marked as directly available in their storage. Great.
After a few days of no status change on the order I wrote their support an email. I never got an awnser on that.. I checked my spam filter and all just to make sure I did not miss anything but nopes. I than called their support to find out that one of the itmes was actually not available anymore. Great, rather than waiting indefinitely (?) they could have called or write me but nopes, I have to call them to find out. Another day goes by, still no status change. I call again, finally a status change, now the package has been handed to UPS. Except UPS still has not received any package but only that the package has been regsitered with them since 3 days. At this point I guess it will be another 2 weeks?

Made an order last Monday for 1 product; the OCTO controller. Before I placed the order I checked how long delivery it should be, it should take 1-3 days.. Today it’s Thursday and I still haven’t received ANY email with tracking number. This is really bad as I even paid extra for faster delivery

I reached out to customer service by email and they did respond same day, however with no actual information regarding delivery.

This was my first and last time buying from this company

If you buy here you better hope the product is in PERFECT shape or you are going to have to deal with sending everything back and waiting for them to decide if you get your money back. There are NO other options.

I was charged $108 for 2Kg of freight to Australia. They will charge you for "DHL premium international" and then send the delivery through regular German mail, which often takes up to 2 months.

After emailing them to ask about the cost and why it was not sent via DHL, they responded with an answer about stock availability (despite the package already being sent?) and after some follow up emails, advised me that DHL set the price, and they can't do anything about it. They also claimed the pricing is because it has to go "around the world" and included insurance. I sent them a quote from DHL showing $65 including insurance. No response. Don't shop here if you care about after-sales service or support, they want your money and nothing more.

Aquatuning has an excellent selection of difficult to find enthusiast cooling parts which they offer primarily in Germany but of late have launched a USA facing website as well.

Shipping and processing time is that of a small e-commerce vendor, and may take a bit longer than we are used to in the modern age (2 to 3 business days processing minimums instead of same day shipping).

Shipping cost to the US for things like cases and power supplies can be extremely high. This shop, however has a wide selection and may be one of a limited number of places to buy truly unique items like new releases from bequiet! or alphacool.

I Ordered a watercooling kit for my cpu/gpu and they sent it next day from ordering. It arrived 3 days later so very fast delivery overall considering it came from Germany to Finland. When I installed it I found out that the pump on the kit is faulty. I contacted Aquatuning with email and they answered during the same day, that they will send me a replacement pump and I don't even have to send anything back, saving me a lot of time! That is very good support from them!

Bunch of lying scammers... I ordered some goods on Aquatuning.no. On the website it did state that there is no additional Tax fee. Guess what, they have sent the package from Germany, so I had to pay customs + VAT at the border. Nowhere on their website says that VAT is not included in the price and I also had over 500$ order and their *free shipping* was not free either.

Avoid if you based in the UK.
Order Alphacool gpu water block, dispatch was reasonably ok, opted for free shipping thinking the rest of the parts from another place will take time, but I was wrong, so the item arrived in the uk, so I decided to change the delivery date to 4 days earlier, request to UPS was delicned by the sender considering it says £0 to pay for the change , then opted to pick up from the depot myself, went to collect to be told item still in London not in my city. Anyway finally the item arrived, within 5mins of testing the loop, rusty colour appeared on the block, got in touch with alphacool and aquatuning about it and other things “ missing thermal pads”, RMA process started that’s when I realised I got big hassle on my hand, I had to pay for the return according to them and try and get refund from PayPal return refund service, which I wasn’t willing to do, I had to print out label using ups service and filling tons of info about customs took me a week to sort it out, and they literally all what I get told every time I ask question about how to send it back, I get “choose return item” , anyhow , managed to send it standard delivery , managed to get refund for the delivery but the choker , they got the item Wednesday and Friday got in touch with them again to see where my refund is, to be told they haven’t received the item yet, I have sent them the tracking no to show that it has been delivered, then got response to say it’s takes up to 7 days before they process the RMA, and in the meantime, I got my workstation sat there without the gpu block waiting for them to refund me so I can go elsewhere and buy what I need, total joke, never ever would I recommend this company or deal with them again

Some items I wanted said it was back ordered on their site, but I decided to put the order in anyway since I didn’t want to pay shipping multiple times. Since shipping is over $50 from Germany to USA!
But to my surprise the order was packed and shipped two days later. And two more days after that, I received my entire order. 4 days from Germany to the East Coast of the USA is amazing!
Good quality products with decent prices (except the shipping).

I have only positive feedback for this company.Very quick answer to my question considering my order.

Good luck getting a hold of a person. They claim to have a call center, Discord, and email support. Their call center is closed from COVID (nowhere on their website does it say that it's closed), they rarely use Discord, and emails take 3-5 days to hear back on. And their customer service is only semi-available during their extremely limited hours. If you want to get a human response you have to email Mario their head of USA sales, he's the only somewhat responsive human there. I've been going back and forth with them for over 13 days, and still no resolution. They kept assuring me my product would ship soon, and then kept pushing the ship date back. I've finally given up and cancelled my order. No email sums them up better than when Mario replied to my initial email of concern over lack of human help: "Regarding the lack of support, unfortunately I understand well what you are going through and I agree with you. believe me when I say we try to give this but we have thousands of questions and some of them take longer."

Delivery too Australia withing 7 to 10 days good prices delivery is expensive but what do you expect thats not ther fault. They keep you informed if delayed it takes 3 week though for updates it could be better but over all fully recommend

I ordered a large assortment of parts including 2x 560 rads, 2 gpu blocks, cpu block, 20 hard line fittings and a bunch of hard tubes and bulkhead fittings, 2 pumps and the aquaeros 6, about 2k worth of parts. Processed and shipped within about 8 hours, package arrived in Australia 10 days later, which is fantastic given the whole covid thing. I just wanted to say that i believe a lot of these old reviews, but i also believe they have updated their business practices significantly because of all the backlash, not only from this site.
Dont be afraif to give these guys a go now,

I was dreading using these as i seen loads of bad reviews only after i placed a order.

Recieved my order (they aren't the fastest but no were near what people suggested on here)

My biggest worry was when i went to put the GPU block on my 2080ti to find out mine has a custom pcb. So the block was no good. I used the thermal paste that came with it but hadn't used the block.

Was dreading going through the returns process (Only because of what iv seen on here), but they were great. Took the block back no problem and refunded the full price.

Might be different for other people's experience but can only go off how they were with me and they were brilliant.

Had to come back and review as i have so much negative on here and i bet the customers that get good service half of them dont leave a review.

Only real criticism is the German emails ect. Had to use google translate throughout the order.

Ordered 8 13mm diameter anti kink springs at 200mm long for a new build. Was sent 7 correct items and one blantently wrong item conveniently in the correct package to complete my order.

Emailed aquatuning twice now for a replacement to be sent out, with no reply. Been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement item.

UPDATE: Since this review has gone live I have had Aquatuning message and refund the cost of a anti kink spring. Upgraded to 3 stars.
