Very nice marina at crick staff excellent, however l made enquiries at the boat sales office regarding the purchase of a narrow boat. Found the member of staff very arrogant, and unengaging also when I asked about doing some work on said boat. She tried to push the services of an engineer, I already had someone in mind from the sheet supplied. Later, I learnt that this engineer isn't qualified engineer, it was the partner of the sales woman. Nepotism isn't an attractive trait in a company. Buyer beware

Phil and Paula made a difficult time so much easier for me and I can't thank them enough. They were friendly, helpful and supportive.
When the floods on the River Trent meant I couldn't move my boat/home for 6 weeks I needed fuel and other services. Kings Marina was just a short walk away and they helped with all that and more.

I have previously left a positive review for this Site on the edge of Bath but for some reason it was removed. The camp Site was a great location to visit Bath, with great staff.

Stayed on the Bath Marina Caravan Park. Booked Mon to Thu to go to Bath Christmas market. Had stayed earlier in year so was aware of friendly staff, layout etc. This time, Poppy made a new friend in our dog, Oli. He wanted to stop at reception every time we walked past there. Trying to tell dog that there's no-one there so many times is quite funny. Poppy, Fiona and the others there were all friendly and helpful. The site is about a 2 to 2.5 mile walk along the river into Bath or get on the Newbridge Park & Ride almost opposite for a faster journey. Close at pub, Boat house I think not great. Beer not the best and a bit strange we felt. Walk along river path for just under a mile and there's the Locksbrook Inn. Great welcome, food looked great and excellent beer at reasonable prices. Our choice next time. Toilet blocks are not Ritz standard that some people expect but they're cleaned regularly, heated and free hot showers. Perfect for all we need. Two blocks and Elsan disposal on both. In all, a nice site with great staff and dogs welcome. Perfect for our needs. Thanks all.

What a great company! Often stayed in the campsite and never disappointed. Great location, great facilities and a super helpful team facilitating a stay. Easy riverside cycling and walking into Bath, or very close bus service. This year tried to book for my regular catch up with old college friends but forgot the Xmas Market had started in Bath so fully booked! Hearing my disappointment Robin, asked about the size of my van and on hearing how small it is, said, without hesitation, don't worry we'll squeeze you in somewhere! And he did! Couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Outstanding client service!

Bath Waterside & Marina Caravan Park

Great campsite, would definitely stay again. The staff are all lovely, very happy to help and love dogs! We felt very welcome here. The walk to the centre was pleasant, with a pub not too far away. The facilities were clean and warm.

The site was easy to get to coming in from the motorway, there's also a fuel station right next door.

What an utmost friendly and helpfull staff the Bath Waterside & Marina Caravan Park has got! They did everything they could to accommodatie us in the best way. The place is very well equiped and has really nice sites. We would love to come back again!

We use the chemical toilet facilities on a regular basis. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities in a superb location for anyone wanting to visit Bath and the West Country. Couldn't recommend it more!!

We stayed on the site near Bath. We had a great pitch totally private and because the weather was so good it was a proper little sun trap.
The facilities near our pitch were very good. Yes they were small but in the five nights we stayed I only met one other person in there. They were very clean and nice and warm early morning. It is a pity that people leave their debris behind, that is not the sites fault!
Debbie in reception was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She dealt with our requests with ease.
It was a pleasant walk into Bath and it’s close proximity to the Park and Ride for Bath and Bristol is a real bonus.

Well what can I say I come here every year as I have contract work for the farm shop at newton st loe and what a warm welcome I get every year the staff are more than happy to help me with my inquiries and letting me use there facilities I couldn’t be more grateful on there response and for this I do enjoy coming back as it makes us feel at home so I thank the team at Bath

The staff here at Ripon Marina are excellent. They are continually improving the place and are responsive and friendly.

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who was taken on by Aquavista on the 1st of April 2023 as a holiday boat cleaner. This was an ideal job as my daughter had suffered from mental health issues and a quiet environment was preferable. After numerous members of staff leaving they offered my daughter a role as head housekeeper. She accepted and worked really hard for the company as they were still extremely short staffed. After approximately 2 weeks my daughter was told that there was no such role as Head Housekeeper. She continued with her position anyway. All was going really well and on the 1st August, her manager had a meeting saying that she was going to sort out a proper contract and assured my daughter that she would have a job through the winter months. Four weeks later the same manager said that there had been many complaints about the cleaning that my daughter had done. No evidence was produced to collaborate this statement. On no occasion did this manager sit down and see if anything could be done to help as regards extra training. My daughter was dismissed on the spot!! The HR department was contacted in a hope to get some sort of understanding as to why this had happened and she was promised a call. Needless to say no call was forthcoming! My daughter is owed wages which are due on the 28th September, we will see if these materialise or whether we will have to take action to get these outstanding wages.

We were really touched by the kindness and generosity of the staff at this campsite due to illness within the family. They went above and beyond, thank you. This site is perfect for trips into Bath and we will stay here again due to its location. Can’t wait for the facilities to be updated though as they are very small and need modernising but the staff do their best to keep it clean. All in all a lovely relaxing trip. Thank you to the lovely female member of staff who helped me with our pre-booked pitches for my in-laws. They are looking forward to their trip next year. Thank you.

Unfortunately our experience was appalling and expensive !

We rented a mooring from 1st March 2020 for a 12 month period and paid the full amount in advance. ( £ 7511.00 )

However due to the crime in the area , rude staff and drug use in the area we decided to leave early. Contractually that was allowed if you provided 3 months notice.

After giving the agreed contractual notice period which should have resulted in a 6 week refund of our mooring fee according to their own contract.

After departure we discovered the Marina allowed another paying boater into our mooring space and refused to refund us the 6 weeks refund worth £865.00. Hence they collected rent from us and rent from a 2nd party for the same mooring spot. When I approached their CEO , he couldn't careless.

Absolutely nasty / expensive experience for us.
