Knowledgeable, Responsive, Friendly, HUMAN
From the very first enquiry to getting connected Martin and his team were first class.
We had been with another provider for a while and the quality of the FTTP connection wasn’t great. Lost packets, lagging, high ping and appalling customer service.
Aquiss changed all of that. We immediately noticed a much more responsive connection and vastly improved ping figures. If you are into gaming then this has to be a major benefit to you.
We were connected within a matter of days and kept fully informed throughout the process.
One of the biggest qualities which stands out is you get to speak to a proper human being who isn’t working from the other side of the world and who is vastly knowledgeable.
They have some fantastic and highly competitive offers on right now.
It’s a complete 5 stars from us. 👍
Thank you team Aquiss!
I have been with Aquiss over a year now…
I have been with Aquiss over a year now and flawless service from the team thus far, last week contacted them as my package was not on website anymore and was looking at options advised CityFibre had updated my area to allow symmetrical speeds and packages changed to reflect this and after chatting with Martin and Florence I put the change order in 15:45pm Wednesday and all resolved Friday 11:40am, inc an OPNTs change to 10Gbps unit by CityFibre, appointment was made and the OPNT upgraded to a XGSPON unit in less than 48hrs, great work by Aquiss and CityFibre, I had minimum downtime of 15mins. So cannot grumble at that.
Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care, prompt resolution to any issues raised. Internet connection always consistent and stable.
Does it right
I have to say that off all the contracts I have had over the years. Aquiss has been the best in every aspect a customer would want, and hope for. I have no intention of changing to another provider
Refreshing change from big ISPs
From the get-go of quotation and set up, dealing with Aquiss has been smooth sailing.
Responsive, informative, and human (which I know is a weird thing to say but I am very tired of chatbot pipelines of Sky and PlusNet etc to then have to speak to a person anyway who follows a similar workflow to the chatbot).
No problems at all from quotation to now. Only downtime has been to my own hardware.
a year in... I have learnt to avoid the MD
I've had business broadband with them for a year.
They hook you in with the discounted offer for 3 months for new customers. Tbh, not bad when starting out
Connection has been reliable. Speeds at the router as advertised.
How the rating drops:
However, business prices aren't advertised inc. VAT, so you need to take that into consideration.
Prices seem to be hefty, especially considering other ISPs.
Forced to use OpenReach for business.
And as others have pointed out the "hidden exit fee".
And yes, it is hidden because it's at the very bottom of the webpage disguised as a FAQ.
It is NOT in any section as you click through the pages.
It's a dirty tactic some of these smaller companies seem to like to do; to pass on their own expenses instead of taking the hit themselves.
Quick Update to downgrade the rating, for custom service and the "load of bollocks" in the reply.
Update for the Managing Director below:
This my my review, my opinion. If you don't like it, don't make accusations.
As stated, there are positives. I have no hard feelings towards you as you have provided a valuable service.
This has nothing to do with a discount as I wrote this reply before emailing you (shall I provide you with the receipts?)
Mayhaps we should review all your replies? It all reads the same.
All this does is affect how you look.
Have a wonderful life. I shall quickly forget about you.

Good business provider
A great experience so far. It took a while to convince CityFibre that they could service our location but Aquiss were persistent and the install eventually took place at the appointed time. Service is performing exactly as provisioned, latency is about as low as it could be, any support queries and change requests are actioned super quickly and solved first time.
Not having to be concerned with negotiating each year to maintain sensible pricing is a positive for a business service, we all have better things to do.
Great to deal with been a great service…
Great to deal with been a great service Been with them for 3 months had one problem with my broadband was fixed within 24hrs by openreach would recommend
Could have left for a cheaper ISP but 3 years later...
Been with Aquiss 3 years now on their 900/115 residential plan. I am so pleased with the service, I have just recontracted for another 12 months. This means I can take advantage of their new customer offers.
There are cheaper ISPs out there, but I love the reliability and knowledgeable customer service.
My partner & I work from home (MS Teams & Zoom meetings) and Aquiss always delivers.
5* Customer Support
Been with Acquiss for a year and have had zero issues with the service. The customer service has been exceptionally, far exceeding expectations, with messages responded to very quickly. Makes a huge difference speaking to someone who knows what they are doing rather than spending hours on phone to call centres with some of the bigger providers!
Despite me leaving Acquiss (purely financial / change of circumstances), Martin has still assisted me with queries relating to me leaving very promptly. Amazing service!
Great speeds, great customer service!
Have been a very happy customer for just under a year now. Experiencing great speeds, and friendly, prompt customer service. Had an issue when I first got setup, which was a configuration issue with my router (so nothing to do with Aquiss). Contacted support and was all sorted out in less than 30mins. Very friendly customer service, things explained at exactly the right level. Would have no problem recommending in the future.
I joined Aquiss a few days ago
I joined Aquiss a few days ago, I am so delighted with their service. I was having great difficulties with the previous company. Moving to Aquiss the issues were instantly resolved.
Aquiss: no-nonsense service
Aquiss provides a no-nonsense, fully-featured internet connection. You get a static IPv4 address and also a static IPv6 /56 network. No CGNAT, no content filtering.
Switched from BT
Switched from BT, it was slightly pricier but it's worth the extra. When I phone support it's straight through and usually speak with Martin who is very helpful. He is very knowledgable and doesn't ask silly questions that you get from BT's customer support. Would recommend it for great speed and customer support.
Great service
Great service. Particularly good at resolving issues that had been caused by other people
Great service and a reliable broadband
I have been an Aquiss Customer for 5 years and find them very reliable and always helpful on the phone. Their pricing structure is very clear and doesn't increase every 6 months. They are not the cheapest on paper, but their prices are fair and give you the confidence that you won't have to switch every year to get out of a bad contract, which is the case with some other providers,
Impeccable customer service
I've been with Aquiss for many years now and have always been really happy with them. The customer service is impeccable - 'Oldschool' customer service values - I have always (over 15 years) dealt with Martin in tech support, who gives great advice and deals efficiently with any issues, and always keeps me informed of progress.
Highly recommended company. 5⭐
I've been an Aquiss customer for a good while now and cannot fault anything about the company. So friendly and helpful when I joined, helping me set up a router.(tech newby here) Always great communication and regular checks to ensure everything is OK. Highly recommended 5⭐
