Done more Roman blinds/ as impressed with quality of work and attention to detail …!
Beautiful work/ really pleased/ highly recommend

My experience with Arcadia Textiles is very mixed. I use them for roman blind kits which are usually really good. However sometimes they come with broken parts, they are not assembled properly, the metal shaft is bent or the end pieces are missing. My last order had 2 broken chains. I sent an email with a picture of the broken chains asking them to replace them but absolutely no reply. I had to buy 2 chains from Amazon to complete my clients order on time. The kits are always just put in one big bag and can get very tangled and yet they refused to give any trade discount for what is essentially a trade product. Not individually wrapped, not enough warning labels and no instructions. However basically their product is good. Superior rods, plenty of tape, toggles and screws etc.

I have used this company several times and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m always very happy with the blinds but particularly on this occasion when I had two very large Roman blinds made using my own fabric. I had great communication from Arcadia both on the phone and via email as I had inadvertently bought ‘seconds’ fabric where the pattern was not printed straight. I asked Arcadia to do their best and I was not disappointed, the blinds are simply beautiful! Well made, well packaged, I put them up on my own, and very good value. I am a committed customer and will be ordering again soon. Thank you! :-)

I had always made Roman blinds using the cleat and hook method but thought I'd try the track system. I will never go back because this system is fantastic. I will admit I tried using the tape they supplied but I found the blind didn't sit right so I remade using the traditional method of making my own rod pockets but apart from that the track fitting was easy and it works like a dream. I will be buying again as I have 2 more to make in the next few months

I ordered three roman blind kits so that I could make my own blinds, however I did ask the company to adjust the sizes of the kits to my exact measurements and to move the control chains to the opposite side on one of them.
The kits arrived in a few days and were adjusted perfectly. I was very pleased with their service.

ARCADIA and staff were exceptional, not to mention their prices for both fabric and making. They were professional and reassuring from my first phone call to the completion of the whole of my new home. The delivery time frame and costs were almost half of a national company I approached l. They provided suggestions, samples for fabric and 'header' finishes. I had Roman blinds and curtains. My home has a WOW factor. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

First time using them, ordered fabric yesterday at 3.20pm and it was here before 9am today. Very satisfied

Ordered several Roman blinds and posted my own material for them. They contacted me to say some of the material was uneven and to check I wanted the one blind made. I did and it hardly shows. Overall excellent quality and service and will be ordering again soon.

I came into your showroom in Elland wanting some curtains made for my holiday home in Spain. The man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right lining for the sun. I ordered two pairs of curtains at an amazing price. I am so happy with them. Everyone who sees them comments on how fabulous they look. The choice of fabrics is massive. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly staff and a great service.

I shopped around for a while for some made to measure curtains. Arcadia was the cheapest but I was a bit sceptical regarding how long they’d take to arrive having read reviews and also upon ordering they advised that due to Covid/Brexit (the usual excuses) expect delivery to be something ridiculous like 3 months. Given that all other companies seem to be in a similar position I took the risk of ordering. I was therefore delighted if somewhat surprised to receive the curtains within about a week. They’re well made and exactly what I ordered. Happy and would use again.

As other reviewers have said they have taken longer than advertised to arrive (own fabric make-up) but I took this into account and was happy to go with it given the savings compared to elsewhere.
I also had an out of the ordinary request and you can tell that the seamstress has taken the time to consider how best to achieve the desired look, for which I am really grateful.
If you are not in a great hurry I'd definitely recommend this company, they're beautifully made.

I find it appalling that this company is still allowed to even trade. I received my first order, which was faulty. No one answered the phone or my emails, to resolve this faulty order, until I made another order to replace the first (I was desperate). The 2nd order has never been despatched by the company or received by me, and again I am unable to contact anyone to discuss the issue. I would advise anyone to not touch this company with a barge pole. There is obviously something going very wrong for the company at the moment, but they are still taking online orders. I am now having to contact Citizens Advice to try to get my money back from them.

I bought the fabric myself and got Arcadia to make Roman blinds. They took about two months to come back but it was well worth the wait. Not only were they very well made but they considered the pattern and didn’t cut it off awkwardly. £100 for fabric and £200 for two blinds...bargain. I saw a company that could do the blind with the same fabric for £800 for one blind only. Customer service was very hard to get hold of although they did eventually respond. So don’t expect to hear back but trust that the blinds will arrive when they’re done.

Would not buy from them again , got my order wrong sent numerous emails to them and tried phoning but I've been completely ignored, terrible service

After a long wait of 8 weeks the roman blind we ordered was eventually delivered. It was well made, using our own fabric. We were originally told it would take 2 weeks and, because we had no updates or replies to our emails asking for an update, I am only giving 3 stars. It was very frustrating not knowing what was happening. We thought we had lost our money, but it worked out in the end.

Rubbish don’t order from them placed an order at start of March taken money now early April and can’t get hold of them, 2 email and multiple calls but no one answers. Product did eventually arrive and it’s fine, but customer service is non existent

I ordered a Roman blind on 16th feb to be made with my own fabric. I have heard nothing. I have emailed twice and tried phoning but response or answer.

Arcadia have just made x 3 pairs large eyelet curtains and x3 pairs of Roman blinds for our home - superb workmanship, excellent quality, prompt shipping, very impressed. I would highly recommend!

I have always bought my roman blind kits from Acadia, however the last two was not the quality i have been having. Everything was just thrown in the box and on one delivery the metal was not cut properly and i had to finish the edges off myself. shame really as i will have to look for another company to provide me.

Samples ordered never arrived. Instructions on website not available. Offhand and indifferent customer services. Order took over a week and when enquired, they had been out of stock. No notification of this.
This does not suit me with my customer expecting me to deliver on time. Extra pressure on me now.
Never again.
