Great quality and design
Got the Sport Pro wallet last Christmas and have used it everyday since. Quite happy and I definitely recommend their products.

Terrible return policy. They ship it in a sealed paper bag that you have to tear open in order to get out the wallet to see if it’s good for you. It strangely has Ziploc underneath the tearing like a bag of coffee. So once you get it out you’re screwed because they won’t let you return it if the packaging is torn. As for the wallet itself, the cards are very difficult to get out. The knock off on Amazon is actually far superior because it has a space for your thumb to slide the card up from the bottom. Very disappointed with the product and the service.
Items never arrived and customer service does not exist
Repeated emails to customer service to return the wallet. No response. Save your money. This company is a sham.
Ordered a wallet from the site after seeing an advert on Facebook; everything seemed to be on-track, until on the day of projected delivery, my shipping notification was switched to 'refused - returned to sender.' As I was WFH due to Covid19, I knew this was a mistake, and reached out to them via email. No response. Waited a week, tried again, same result. Waited another week, different email address, same response.
placed an order for 2 of their signature wallets back on 6/14. i was charged and received a confirmation email. on 6/17 i realized i had not received a shipment notice, so i sent a polite inquiry about shipping eta. on the 21st i realized i had not received a reply. i’ve reached out via facebook and IG. they are absolutely active on ig with @arcdry. no response. they do not have a phone number listed. i am having to dispute the charge with my bank. i can’t figure out if it is a fraud company or if they just have customer support so bad it feels like a fraud company.
