If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a bed which arrived 21/7/26. Only 1 box.
Delivery driver argued with my wife when she said it should be 2 boxes. I am disabled and had to sleep on the floor. Got a phone call today 22/7/26 was told that the other box was lost. Person on the phone really could not be bothered. I would have to wait 3 to 4 days more to get the side rails. So decided to order one from ikea and they are going to pick up the delivered box tomorrow. Now the kicker they messed up but will not refund until the item is picked up and they have confirmation. Then I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money. They got my money straight away but we're not willing to expedite refund. No apology nothing. Buyer beware, I will never use them again, thats for certain.
