Had a credit card issue, in wich they charged me for 2 out of 3 products purchased. No download link was created or e-mail sent to me.
Cant have any kind of contact with this company; e-mails dont work, instagram messages blocked...feel like i have been scammed.

This company sells a digital product that should be available for download immediately, however they happily took my money with no confirmation email or answer to my emails. No customer support number to be found.
Over 2 weeks later I get an email with the product without any explanation or apology. Terrible customer service.
The product is very expensive and very average. The blocks are not drawn on layer 0 making it very difficult to incorporate them into my drawings.
