Excellent arhitecture / layout solution , in particular considering the limitations set by the old building that was renovated .
Overall quality is very good and building project management professional.

This was our first building project in France and there was some clear room for improvement in communication (some cost and technical issues and alternatives) .
Project information internet portal was very good but mainly for the professsionals and containing a lot of difficult " french building jargon" . Pictures on the other hand were very good , informative and regularly updated .
Good followup on some minor corrections afterwards .

We bought a house near Le Lavandou which was in very poor condition. We chose Sébastien as our architect and he designed a new house for us. We demolished the old house completely and built a new one. Sébastien supervised the whole project including choosing and coordinating all the contractors. This was not an easy project for us as we live in London but we are delighted with the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sébastien. He is very professional, has a good eye for detail and managed the project very effectively. We received weekly reports and photographs which enabled us to monitor the progress despite being many miles away.
