Fleetcor Funding (ARCO) – Unreliable and Unethical Business Practices

Our company had a payment due by 02/05/2025, but on 01/30/2025, Fleetcor Funding (ARCO) suddenly locked all our company’s fuel cards without warning, leaving us in a difficult situation. When we contacted customer support, we were met with confusing and unhelpful responses. The representatives, who sounded like they were from an offshore call center, kept blaming their AI system instead of providing real assistance.

The entire interaction felt sketchy and unprofessional—almost like speaking to a scam operation. While I’m not saying they are running a scam, the way they handled the situation made it seem like they had experience with deceptive practices. No one ever followed up or resolved the issue, showing a complete lack of accountability.

If your business depends on fleet cards, stay away from Fleetcor Funding (ARCO). Their unreliable service and unresponsive customer support can put your operations at serious risk.

Stay away from this company, Arco Business Solution Mastercard because of my experience with them. They are unprofessional. After I paid my bill since the account had been closed, I could not get back my $500 deposit. I made several calls and was told that they are sending back my deposit but until now, I have not received my deposit.
