after browsing lots of similar products on lots of similar sites i came across total access.. Website is clear and uncluttered. Products are well photographed and clearly displayed. products are competitively priced and Delivery charges are very reasonable... There is also a good choice of payment options including paypal... If i need similar products in the future i will visit this site before wasting hours crawling the net..

Very helpful lady (Aimee) confirmed via instant chat that glove of choice was in stock and helped me get the order placed on Thursday. Slight issue with the website still showing that the order was still awaiting processing on Monday, so I contacted their sales team to be told that the order had shipped last week. In actual fact the gloves arrived on Monday morning but my name wasn't included on the delivery address so our post guy didn't know who they were for. That aside, service was very good and only let down by the website not updating and the delivery contact name being missed off. Very quick to respond to queries. Was tempted to take off one star but left it on 5 due to them dealing very quickly when issues were raised. Oh and the price was very competitive! Use these guys! :)

I recently purchased a Pr of singing rock bandit ice axes from total access.I needed them for the weekend so I contacted Total Access via their on line chat to check how quickly they would be posted.They said usually 2 to 3 days free postage or next day for a fee.i opted for free delivery both axes arrived 2 days later tracking number was provided very happy with the delivery.
The Axes are not very well known in the uk but well used on the continent .The quality of the Axes is excellent and they look great handle well ,equally on par with Pezel Quarks.The Axes performed flawlessly on a grade IV climb in the lakes.Axes and Total Access recommended

I bought a Singing Rock ice axe, and crampons.
Although they were both much cheaper than established brands, the quality is truly excellent. Both items feel really strong and safe.
Also impressive was the speed of despatch and delivery, with their courier sending email progress reports and giving a one hour delivery window.
